Look i know. Its my own fault. But fell victim to the terms and conditions.

Deposited $100 into CasinoTitan. Played it through up and down between $1500 and $3800. Finally tried to withdraw when back down at $1500. Total playthrough of my $100 + $400 bonus was about $20000

Anyway. My payout was refused as i had played a couple of games of seven stud and video poker. I even remember playing them during a boring stretch of no wins. Probably played about 5min of each game. Anyway. That was enough to invalidate my payout. Live and Learn. Next time i will read every bit of the terms and conditions

"Dear P____

I am writing to inform you there is an issue with the recent withdrawal request that you have made.

Our policy is that when you utilize one of our bonuses you are only able to withdraw if the games played are included within the parameters of that bonus.

In essence, as you have played games that are excluded (7 stud poker and video poker) from your bonus that you took on (23 July 2011) we are unable to process your withdrawal request. The list of excluded games for each bonus is always available at the cashier screen for view, as well as other terms and conditions of that bonus during the playthrough.

Your account balance has returned to zero as stipulated clearly in the terms and conditions on our website and your initial deposit of $100 has been reimbursed into your player account.

We are sorry for any inconvenience, if you have any further questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us.

Kind Regards
Oscar Sommers

They were nice and gave you your deposit back even though you played games that invalidated the bonus. There are some casinos who wouldn't have returned the deposit stating you broke the rules, simply you lose everything. It was a nice gesture on their part to keep you as a happy player.

Yep and at least they can withdraw it without hassles.

Unlike the $1500 they did requested which would have taken 3 weeks:confused:

If I was the OP I would be avoiding these guys anyway, deposit returned or not.

To be fair to the RTG casinos the allowed/disallowed games are at least clearly stated in the bonus coupon section. Still hurts though when you mess up.

If one were to argue against the decision it would be that play on the excluded games commenced after the completion of wagering requirements. Was that possibly the case here?

I think South Park has truly underscored the importance of reading terms and conditions.

No not at all. I freely admit that yes i did break their rules and should have looked much deeper before playing any game

Was that movie any good? I've been seeing it on netflix as I'm scrolling through. Was tempted to watch it but was thinking "crap probably sucks."

@ Cleveland, mommymachine did a blog about it, here is the link...

Link Outdated / Removed

Ewww, that was crazy! Thanks for the link. My curiosity has gotten the best of me so I'm going to watch it on netflix.

That movie is so damn bad, it is damn good. One of the worst "B" horror movies I can remember. So perverted and wrong. Yet tons of folks keep watching it.

Another sicko that my son told me about is "Feed Me". I am on a strict diet after watching only a little of that one. Just too yucky for me.

I do love the oddest types of movies.

I can't even deal with the thought of it let alone watching it. Happy to put my hand up and state "I am a wuss". The concept is just sooooooo SICK!

Oh, and back on topic. That's why I only infrequently take bonuses. I simply hate the terms and conditions. When I do take them, I take them from sites I trust and who spell them out clearly.

You Think Thats Bad I Won $17,500.00 at Casino Titan

That sux...

Think that sux's, I got a phone call from someone at Casino Titan, said he wanted to offer me a $500.00 free bonus(I have deposited thousands at Casino Titan and never one withdrawl)so.....
being the experienced player I am:rolleyes: I asked him for the terms. This is what he said:

l. bonus not withdrawable,
2. 40X playthroughN
3. "no max cash-out"

I told him I would accept the bonus and kiddingly said, "if I am able to meet the playthrough($20,000) it will be a miracle".

So after hours and hours, I met the playthrough with a total balance of $8,500.00. I made a withdrawal for the max I could which was $2500.00 per withdrawal.
The next day I was broke so decided I would play with my remaining balance for awhile. Was way down and then "bingo" hit a $13,000+ spin
Stopped playing and my cash balance was now $15,000 up from $6000.00 .

Sent in all documents, all of my many emails questioned how long it would take to withdrawal the entire balance and that I hoped they would allow me to withdrawal at least $2500.00/week. The said my $2500.00 would be processed on 10/26 . They never would answer my other questions.

So, I checked my account on 10/24 and the withdrawal was processed BUT GUESS WHAT? The cash balance of $15,000.00 gone.

Reason, they only allow 5X bonus to be cashed out.:what:

Since I was offered the bonus via a phone call, I went by what they told me"no max cashout". I wasted hours and hours playing after I met wagering and was able to make the first withdrawal. After numberous emails where I mentioned the remaining balance and the time to withdrawal it in total and whether they were going to allow me $2500.00/wire. They never said a word. The "coupon details" said nothing about this and why would I check the "fine print" general terms when I was informed of the terms over the phone.

Naturally, they claim I couldn't have been told that.

Moral of the story:
From now on if offered a bonus via phone call I will ask them to follow-up with an email stating the terms.

p.s. inetbet and CW always have 10X max cashout unless they say no max cashout.
so Casino Titans 5X is not the norm for me. So they could have atleast given me 10X considering I was misinformed.

I can confirm one thing about Casino Titan, Slots Jungle and their other brands.

After making your first withdrawl; if your lucky enough to win, you will receive and email on the day they process your withdrawal telling you that,

"you will no longer be able to claim bonuses" signed, "casino management.

It appears to be their standard operating procedure at all of their brands.

It's the kind of thing virtual does. Disgraceful.

I've never had any reason to doubt footdrs word, and she is an experienced player, so I totally believe that she was told no max cashout.

Surely now everyone is beginning to see what these guys are about I.e. ridiculous cashout limits, dodgy bonuses, very slow pay.

I can't understand why some still promote them based on their history just here at CM let alone anywhere else.

I literally got sick to my stomach instantly when I read Footdrs, post. How freakin horrible. So sorry this has happened to you.

Always an excellent idea when dealing with support by phone, it's why I prefer live chat. I recall once discussing terms for a special deposit bonus I'd won in a contest with a casino manager. I asked him to send an email confirming our discussion, and he was quite offended, said he was a man of his word. I told him I didn't doubt he was, but I prefer things in writing, and as a man of his word he'd have no problem putting his word in writing.

I got my email.

Generally RTG casinos have an ability to remove excess funds after playthru is completed and the max cashout is reached.

that's stinks big time :puke:

I don't think they do this to protect the player, it's so you won't generate comps playing down to the max cashout.

There's been a few complaints that this happens even during autospin, or when making bigger bets, so that players end up below the max cashout.

Thanks for the sympathy

Wouldn't have been mad if I was told the terms were 5X bonus. I wouldn't even have kept playing after meeting the playthrough. I didn't win the 13000.00 spin until after withdrawing the 2500.00 But I played hours and hours for absolutely nothing and not once was I informed of the 5X cashout . I logged in after they said the $2500.00 was processed and my 15,000 was just gone. They had many opportunities to inform me of this when responding to my numberous emails and when asking for my documents and fax back form. It is as if they didn't want to tell me.

Anyway, they did pay me the $2500 fast as I already have received it yesterday.

And, eventhough I have lost a ton there, it was the bonus of $500 I won on. Apparently you need to deposit several hundred for a chance to win there and my deposits are always 50-90.00

It would be fine if at the same time it froze your play and sent you to the cashier to withdraw. I don't see why they worry about comps. I have heard that they can set the systems so that play on free chips doesn't earn comps, and in any case, the rate of comps is low in most cases, so hardly makes a difference.

Given how operators go on about wanting us to play "for entertainment" rather than trying to beat the house, I would have thought they would have LOVED the idea of players "entertaining themselves" further by playing down to the max cashout, rather than withdrawing and redepositing to claim another bonus.

It seems that as soon as they can't make any more money out of you, they want you off the premises ASAP to make room for a customer who is playing to win, and who will probably lose, rather than have the server clogged up with players spending hours playing down to max cashout.

I understand RTG have removed the "fun mode" facilty from the software (from a couple of forum posts), perhaps another move to kick "freeloaders" off the server who take up bandwidth.

They are the best AFFICTIVE ! More absolute than vodka absolute ! Keep on, you doing it good ! Nothing but the crew. Always read the T&C`s !
