Okay I understand that the players and the house are in perpetual opposition, one trying to beat the other
However I really get tired of all the ways that the Microgaming download software just seems to treat the player as a 'lower being'
Examples
1 - No obvious way of controlling the volume
2 - You have to sit through the software closing down announcement, which in some cases is loud and crass.
It won't let you close the software discreetly in minimised mode
3 - When you close a game, the software offers you a list of games to try. It allows you to switch off this list but only 'for one day'. Why?
If I want to switch off the game suggestion menu permanently why can't I do this
It just feels like the player is being treated as the target, as somehow less than an equal human being.
And especially after a losing session (and yeah ok I've just had one ) these things are even more annoying. Surely I'm not alone in wishing that the software was more 'player respectful'
