I recently signed up at Music Hall casino, which has a 100% to $150 deposit bonus with terms that say all deposits must be wagered 15x before withdrawal. As such, I wagered a little more than this at spanish blackjack, and then requested a withdrawal of my original money, having met the deposit wagering requirements.

Then I logged into my bonus account, which had similar terms (money must be wagered 15x before it can be transferred to the real money account, and only winnings could be transferred). I won big on this, and ended up transferring $899 to my real money account.

The terms then said that I needed to wager the transferred money 15x before it could be withdrawn, and I busted before completing the requirement.

I was then made a Silver VIP player, and offered a silver VIP deposit bonus with the same terms, in the amount of $50. I deposited again, and lost my money and the new bonus.

After all this other activity was complete Music Hall then refused my initial withdrawal, stating that I needed to complete wagering not only for my original deposit, but also for the transferred money (which happened after I completed the required deposit wagering), and for the second deposit!

From my reading of the

, there was no reason to believe that my original deposit should be subject to anything other than 15x deposit, since I did all that wagering, and requested that cashout, before doing anything else.

The most bizarre bit is that I didn't even make any money, but I'd rather not be forced to attempt another $9,000 of wagering when I believe I've more than satisfied all requirements.

Is it just me, or is musichall changing the rules on me after the fact?

Thanks for your help!

edit --> Grr... confusing - this is my second edit.

If you met the original 15x before withdrawing your money, you should be entitled to that cashout.

However, I would, in future, wait until the withdrawal is processed before continuing to play.

Music hall

Those bonus accounts are tricky little buggers...lol Seems i will always win very well a bonus account. but yes is stinks you wager it 15 times in bonus account, transfer to real account and yet another 15 x's you have to wager. I have learned to trasfer in small ammounts to my real account this way the wr is not so bad. And if you have money in your real account that you have alrerady meet the wr on, cashin it in before you do a transfer otherwise you now have to wager the money that you had already meet the wr on again.

Bonus account...

I have done the bonus account before, but it's been several months ago...

If I'm not mistaken...it is HIGHLY recommended by the casino that you play the BONUS account first...satisfy those requirements...then transfer to the real account for required playthrough.

I apologize for the complexity of the original post.. it was a really weird bonus. There were three wagering requirements... one on deposits, one on the bonus account, and one on money transferred from the bonus account to the real account.

I met the deposit requirement, then withdrew that money, and only then started playing on the bonus account.

In the future I plan not to bother playing at all. This is far too much hassle for the amount of money involved, I'm only persuing it because I really despise getting conned.

They are a good group but the bonus account never have been a good idea since day one.
What I disliked the most though is that they lowered the tablelimits in all bonusaccounts dramatically a while ago.
I do not think that there is a single player out there who enjoys their bonussystem. Please raise your hand if I am wrong.

Read this very carefully

Wagering on Deposit
Your Play on most Games require a minimum wagered amount of 15 times your initial deposit. The only exceptions are:

Your Play on Craps, Baccarat and Vegas Strip Blackjack is not counted towards in the Minimum Level of Play requirement.

If you play any of the Blackjack (except Vegas Strip Blackjack), Roulette, and all Poker games you are required to play 45 times the bonus amount credited to your Bonus Account

I met the wagering requirements, and am aware of the terms. I should've specified that I actually chose the 45x spanish blackjack option. I didn't because in their emails they keep referring to 15x and giving me figures with those numbers instead.

The only question is whether there's any possible legitimate reason for them to add on all of the other WR, when I did the deposit WR first. So far it looks like the answer is a big fat no.

MusicHall support has now theoretically sent this to management, so I guess I get to find out of management is a code word for 'somebody else who says no, but takes longer than 30 minutes to do so'.

what I think they will say is that you have to treat the transfered amount as a normal bonus and you have to wager it + deposit 45x not do them seperately which is why Ive never touched one of these bonus accounts
Its too complicated

Just checked playcheck

I just spent almost an hour going through the playcheck records, and verified that I exceeded the required 45x playthrough by a margin of at least a couple hundred bucks. (It's hard to be exact when all I can count exactly is how many pages of flat bets I made... without knowing how many doubles/splits there were, exactly)

It seems that the real problem is that MusicHall reversed my first withdrawal a week after I made it. They sent me no notice of either the withdrawal being reversed, or for a request for identification. Because I'd played and busted the transfer in the meantime, they're claiming that the money I'd originally withdrawn according to their terms was now subject to the transfer requirement (which is obscenely high, because I hit a $1000 royal flush before I busted).

This seems incredulous to me because I played out the deposit requirement and withdrew it before doing anything else.

talked to support

Timothy: I can confirm that you did met the wagering requirements. An email was then sent requesting identification. Since you did not provide us with the identification, we refunded your cashin back to your account

There are several problems with this:
1) I did not receive a request for identification (they claim that perhaps gmail magically ate it, without putting it into my spam folder)
2) They reversed into an account with $0.00 in it, and my only action was to re-withdraw, after having sent in their required documentation

Because of this reverse, they are stating that I now owe wagering for my bonus transfer (which was lost AFTER requesting my deposit withdrawal). This despite the fact that they agree that I met the wagering requirements for the original deposit withdrawal, AND that I didn't play with those funds.

They've lied to me numerous times about my account during this process, and only corrected themselves when I was about to give them exact times that transactions occurred, from spending far too much time in playcheck.

AVOID MUSIC HALL.

MusicHall promises to make good.

MusicHall has, after literally two hours of discussion with live support over what happened, and when, to credit me the withdrawal. Additionally, I've been told that the terms are going to change in the near future, for added clarity, to avoid this sort of situation.

Assuming that I do receive it as promised, I'm officially fine with Music Hall.

Jeeeze! Really? After all that grief?
Unless they are offering follow-on 100% bonuses I think you should dump this lot and move on to the next MG (there are over 85 you know!).
But if you do get tempted by a 'Bonus Account' system again, I very strongly recommend you completely finish the WR in the bonus account first, before moving on to the 'Real Account'.
Good luck!

It's official, the money is in my neteller.

I'm not happy about the grief I took, and I've been turned off to these "bonus accounts", but they eventually did the right thing, so that's good.

To quote the email they sent me:
While you should technically be completing the wagering requirement in your account, I did see your point that it did not say that the transferred amount's wagering would be incurred when your cashin was refunded. My management and I have therefore decided to manually push your $150 cashin through - which you may have already realized is missing from your account.

Which was a big improvement from:
To date you have wagered equivalent to 8568.20 in your real account. You need to wager a further 8666.80 to meet your 17235 wagering requirements.
and

Since you have opened your account, you have wagered $25705.96.
