Issue with Frostybet

Hello, I am new to Casinomeister and am hoping someone can help me to understand what has happened.

To explain, I had some free spins as a result of a deposit bonus. I played through these and won a sum of money. Following that I played through the winnings / wagering requirements and won £200-300. This was reduced to £100 due to the Casino's terms and conditions, £100 being the max you can win from free spins. I understand that.

My feeling then, was that the £00 was mine to do with as I wished and no longer had anything to do with free spins / bonuses , etc. I therefore played on slots over the next 2-3 days and built up winnings of around £700. I then requested a withdrawal of £500 only to receive an e mail from Frostybet saying that as £100 was the maximum I could win from free spins , the amount of £594.04 had been removed from my account. Frostybet left me with the £100 plus my initial £25 deposit.

My question is am I right or not to think that the £100 and subsequent additional winnings from that should be paid out to me and do I have grounds for a complaint?

If anybody can explain and educate me on this id be extremely grateful.

Ya this is common. Its dumb but lots of casinos do it.

I browsed this casinos terms. You should really not be playing here at all to put it nicely. I see a tonne of terrible terms.

Cashout, close account and find a decent casino.
Yeah famagousta and LCS limited are a nasty bunch, they do "advertise" with casinomeister so perhaps theres a little bit more wiggle room on PABing issues than if they didnt
 
Yeah it's an unfortunate lesson learned, read the terms before signup and avoid casinos that make it hard to find them. I always read terms for excluded games for deposit bonus funds etc before ever signing up.

I've asked them twice for their complaints procedure but not had any reply. I suspect that I may be wasting my time in asking! What is PAB and how do I go about doing it please?

I personally wouldn't waste my time doing a PAB for this, however, I'm sure the team would look into it if you wished them to.

You have just been caught out by poor Ts and Cs. Apparently this is industry standard now. Imo, it is a con.

Id put this down as a learning curve.

In future, any winnings gained from free spins, you should cash out and then redeposit to ensure your winnings are uncapped.
