Playing after gamstop exclusion ended

Hi just looking for some opinions or advice. If a player has had 6 months gamstop exclusion then it’s been removed and all done correctly when they log back into an old account should it flag up to the casino they have just returned from gamstop?

Most of the ones I attempted to get back into requesting more proof of ban being lifted which is fair enough others not letting me back fair enough. Most making deposit limits low again totally understandable but one allowed me just to log back into no questions asked and deposit £780 in 3 sessions.

I shouldn’t have been silly and clearly wasn’t ready to gamble again but they never have ever asked for proof of income and there was so many red flags I was up all night making endless deposits clearly chasing losses.

I just feel while a player has to take responsibility for being an idiot these casinos allowing this erotic play immediately after gamstop exclusion are also failing people not one other site I had previously played on before gamstop would have allowed this but these ones had no problem.

They also seemed impossible to get a win on and reels almost jumping when spinning each time 3rd symbol for a bonus round was landing it was vanishing and turning to something else trustpilot is full of people mentioning same thing

I have been active on Gamstop since 2018, so alas cannot answer directly your question. I do know though, that once you have been on Gamstop and come off, operators in the main tend to ensure you have lower deposit limits. This is not gospel 100% that all UK casinos have to do this mind!

Sorry for your losing streak, perhaps you may want to reactivate your Gamstop registration again. You might also want to consider something like BetBlocker.org in addition.

Losing just 780 probably wouldn't flag over 3 sessions, but there would have been some king of trigger had you carried on to say over 1k.

Sorry I typed it out in heat of the moment lol. Definitely was no erotic play haha. The casino was ivy casino. I deposited perhaps more to be honest as they allowed me to open an account also with there sister site cosmic spins and deposit there on same days/nights.

They were frequently messaging me to say we’ve noticed your playing through night and reminding me of things I could put in place they also set a deposit limit of £300. I have went back to gamstop and done a life time ban absolutely sickened by that 2bh.

Technically they have not done anything wrong per se, but IMO from what I see a lot of operators are very cautious in ensuring affordable ( ie low ) deposit limits are set when welcoming players back from a period of Gamstop exclusion.

I think this fits in with your comments on the forum, they are technically not sister casinos. One casino knew you returned from Gamstop and had a history of your account. The other casino treated you as a new customer, no linked history.
