They do not respond to casinomeister employees.
On February 11, 2025, I registered at Gama Casino, activated a bonus of 3000 rubles, played it through, and verified my account.

2. Won 11,000,000 rubles, deposited 2,000 rubles for withdrawal, as per the rules.

3. I requested a withdrawal of 120,000 rubles, but it was denied, requiring details through a deposit of 4,500 rubles.

4. After making the deposit, they refused again, citing the need for two-factor authentication and depositing an identical amount.

5. The highest-ranking manager guaranteed good results after meeting the requirements.

6. Fulfilled all the conditions, requested a withdrawal of 70,000 rubles, but after a day, they demanded a 12% commission for currency conversion.

7. I have screenshots of correspondence, invoices, and transactions.

8. The casino is imposing new requirements, delaying withdrawals despite assurances.

Please read the above thread: sadly this is what has happened to you. It's a scam, DO NOT DEPOSIT ANY MORE MONEY!

You will not get paid.

FTR I have added 'casino 419 scam' to the thread title.

In the West '419 scam' is the term most people recognize whereby a fee is requested and paid by the enticed victim in order for them receive or collect a far greater sum of money or other prize. This of course never materializes.

What URL is the casino?

There is a real casino called Gama Casino that is part of the Fun Fusion group, along with daddy casino and a few others.

I think this is about the real casino rather than a flat out scam one and it seems they are possibly treating players from certain regions/currencies alot worse.

The repeated deposits is very odd, I can understand the first £20 deposit if you won using a no-deposit bonus but the following ones are unnecessary.

If they charge up front for currency conversion rather than debit it from the withdrawal amount then it's a scam. There's a chance this can be lost somewhere in translation but the OP seems pretty clear on that.

I was mainly trying to make the distinction that this is a real casino doing scammy/bad behaviour rather than one of the copy and paste 419 fake/scam ones we are used to seeing people.

I was also making the suggestion that they could be being awful to people of certain currencies because its a ukrainian owned casino and they are paying out a russian player.

Semantics and pedanticism on my part aside, if anyone is wanting to avoid casinos under the same ownership, Fun Fusion (f.k.a Traflow Media) and Creative Active Technology N.V, there is a list below:
  • Daddy Casino
  • Kent Casino
  • Gama Casino
  • Cat Casino
  • R7 Casino
  • Kometa Casino
  • Arkada Casino
