If you mean you can´t longer play without the "5 second rule" or 1€ limit its a (current) decision by the german lawmaker(s). However if you do not reside in germany, this problem should not affect you. Apart from that, the new rules are not met or just halfway met by certain casinos. So you got to to find what suits you best.

There are still some casinos who serve German residence as before, these are mostly ones who don't going to apply license there, regulator (what's that funny fcking long name of them who no normal person can pronounce?) want casinos to get compliant already before next summer if they wish to get licenses.
