Where is Vinylweatherman?

Have you tried ice? I have bone spurs, and ice really helps settle nerve inflamation.

If it is muscles, alternating hot and cold can help. You see those football players getting into tubs of ice water:eek:

Buy a few medical grade gel packs, the kind that don't freeze solid, and use with a thin towel, such as a tea-towel.

Get a different one for your hot, it will wear out quicker than the freezer ones, and even faster if you try to use the same one for both.

Use the ice packs for about 10 minutes per hour.

It's cheap, and no stomach issues.

Push your doctor to at least send you for an x-ray though. Or contact a private clinic and see what the cost is. If there's a compressed disk, bone spur or pinched nerve, or even osteoarthitis, you need to treat the underlying condition if possible.

And if you don't have one already, get a keyboard pull-out. We are not meant to type at table level for long periods of time.

Hope things improve for you.
