Hello fellow forum members,

With all the negative hits that PlayTech has been taking here over the past while, I'm curious if many forum members actually go to various PlayTech casinos.

Taking it a step further (if you have the time), I'd really appreciate it if you could tell what are your favorite PlayTech casinos. Not only that, but (if you have time) why you like that/those particular casino(s)? I look forward to your responses.

To kick things off, I'll list my...

Top-"5" Favorite
"PlayTech" Casinos

#1
Bet365

Why? I seem to have great luck at this particular casino, and as I've stated oh-so-many times, I like the option to play live games. Bet365 pays out quickly, sometimes within just a couple of hours (depends moreso with NeTeller actually/Merchant-to--Merchant transactions, than it does with Bet365).

Pros: Quick payouts. They've always paid. Nice sign-up bonus. A solid numbers of options/game selection. Comps/Loyalty Points seem to build-up rapidly (much faster than any MG casino that I can think of).

Cons: I generally don't claim bonuses these days (except 32Red), but if I wanted to, Bet365 aren't giving any. They could use more creative promotions for their casino, rather than just their Poker/Sportsbook end of the table. Although it's no problem for me, some may be turned-off with having to do the Merchant-to-Merchant transaction because it may be a tad too tedious (although, I happen to think it's a good thing, because you know it's getting done...).

#2
KIWI Casino

Why? Actually, this is probably the best PlayTech casino (I just happen to prefer Bet365 by a smidge). It certainly has a great reputation at Casinomeister.com. When all the PlayTech's were removed from the accredited list well over a year ago (maybe 2 years ago... as I'm not completely privy to the time of their removals), KIWI managed to find its way back onto the list. If it isn't the best PlayTech casino, it's probably perceived to be the best.

Pros: You won't read to many complaints about this casino. They've been quite generous with bonuses, to loyal players. They aren't deceptive with their T&C's, and I think that they're more than fair. They always pay, and their customer support is one of the best that I've come across.

Cons: There really aren't any, but like most PlayTechs, the withdrawal process generally takes 5 days (4 days pending, 5th day process). The graphics are a bit dated (on their homepage), or rather, a little too Kermit-D-Frog'ish.

#3
Sun Palace Casino

Why? For the longest time, I only deposited once and had claimed their initial deposit bonus (back in '02 I believe). They kept sending me bonuses (birthday, Christmas, surprise bonuses), when frankly, I probably shouldn't have been getting them. They've always been prompt and kind when dealing with me.

Pros: Their customer support is superb! They have tons of games (all the new ones/live dealers), their homepage is fresh and colorful, and I've always had good experiences with them. Part of the MainStreet Affiliates, Casinomeister approved. Other MainStreet casinos include:

- Diamond Deal Casino

- Las Vegas USA Casino

- Slots.com

- Twin Aces Casino

- Vegas Casino Online

And finally, their withdrawal time is fast (1-2 days). Wish all PlayTechs could do the same.

Cons: 5-6 days to process withdrawals as listed on their site, although this is a bit misleading. I happen to think that this is worst-case scenario, because I've been paid much more quickly than that (as I recall). Steep wagering requirements on their bonuses. Sticky bonuses (as far as I know).

#4
Acropolis Casinos

Why? At least in my experiences with this casino (Stanley Leisure - "the largest casino operator in Great Britain with 44 casinos"), not only have I had good luck, but they also been quite generous, and their customer support has been prompt to respond to my queries.

Pros: They do pay, they're generous to loyal players, their customer support is prompt and friendly. Like KIWI, you generally won't hear boo about them (cast in a negative light). An underrated casino, I must say.

Cons: Withdrawals take up to 6 days for NeTeller users, although only 2 for those who use VISA. :what: They could update their site, to make it look a little more with the times. If Golden Palace can get all those new games (+live dealers), why can't a large operators like the Stanley Leisure group?

#5
MAPAU Casino

Why? The Sunny Casinos/Sunny Group have a pretty solid reputation. I received lots of bonuses back in '03 from them (too many :D ... ), the customer support is ALWAYS available, and they had once waived a pending withdrawal, and indicated to me that they would process my withdrawal right away. To which... they did!!! To this day, I still don't know why they did that. :what: Other casinos under the Sunny Group name are:

- CA$INO Fortune

- MIAMI BEACH Casino

- Goldgate Casino

- Kings Casino

Pros: Their customer support is good/very good. They're generous with bonuses. They process withdrawals quickly, compared to most PlayTech casinos. As I said, they've done so very quickly at times. For the low-rollers, you can't go wrong with .10 cent BJ.

Cons: I accept their free bonuses (not that I get them anymore... went WAY over my quota to a overly generous trainee who didn't know better :notworthy ), but for those going there for the first time, I'd stay FAR FAR FAR AWAY from their initial deposit bonuses. The wagering requirements are out-of-this-world. And what's the point, if you can't even keep the bonus at the end of the day (sticky). As far as I know, they don't offer any of the newer games.

***

Side note: I'd list Royal Dice as my All-Time favorite, but each management change, seems to get worse-and-worse. And I would get booed and egged for listing them... :o For what it's worth though, they DID pay me, and I had won TONS playing there, that is... when I did play there.

I look forward to your responses :) .

my "favourite" playtech, i use the term loosely, must be monaco gold who were the quickest payers at 6 weeks and only rejected my ID 3 times and only ignored a few of my emails.

I know you're all gonna start arguing and disagreeing, but my fav is..........
GoldenPalace. I got paid 3K in less than 5 business days, for my first withdrawal from them. nuff said

I really like Acropolis, my first cashout of 1800.00 hit my neteller on the 5th day. I have read alot of things about Monaco Gold but my first cashout there for 1000.00 hit neteller on the 5th day also. I always call and ask them to send an email when they receive the verification they need.

My recommendation

La Isla (Bonita). Just happens to be the only Playtech I managed to win at! Paid within 3 working days to Neteller and reasonable wagering requirements. Maybe it was just luck but I got some really nice slot hits and I have played dozens of Playtechs and never hit anything more than 10x the bet.

Ha! I knew you would fall for this, Steed. You couldnt resist compiling a list of good Playtech casinos,eh?

My favourite Playtech casino is Mapau and the Sunny group of casinos. As with all others,I dont like the long withdrawal periods and sticky bonuses. The long withdrawal periods may be a plus though because once you withdraw the 'sticky' bonuses remain in your account and until the day the withdawal is processed, enabling you to win with this bonus. The strategy to use is betting with small amounts and withdraw winnings in excess of the bonus bit by bit. So the longer the processing period the better in this instance. There needs to be a distinction with what KK calls 'phantom' bonuses though. Phantom bonuses disappear when withdrawals are made so one should watch out and play at casinos with 'sticky' rather than 'phantom' bonuses as they give you a better chance of winning. Even within the same group, a casino may differ with its sister casino on this. New York casino has 'sticky' bonuses while USA casino's bonuses are 'phantom'.

Thank you for clearing that up chuchu59. :) I always assumed that they meant the same thing; two seperate words with the same meaning. Now I know better. :o

Anxious to avoid getting it in the neck again, I'll withhold all my comments.

Look for a big change in the Mighty Six List over the next couple of weeks or so.

Shakes head in...whatever. Must try to keep the peace, LOL.

I signed up at BetFred today to give Playtech a shot! BetFred are a well established large chain of land based UK Bookmakers, so they're a safe bet I should imagine.

Anyhow - the software... No way I'm going back!!!

What the hell are those slots!?!?!?!?!?? You sure get spoilt with Microgaming!!! I had a go at Chinese Kitchen, and then a couple of the dreadful nine liners - and ended up busting out on some progressive about diamonds, that after eating all my money - finally hit the feature to give me... 25. Cheers! Where's the free spin feature slots!?!?!!?!??!

Uninstalled and a painful memory I shall be doing my best to forget... a quick trip across to Ladies Nite should help ;)

P.S - The whole sign up/bonus thing went very smoothly, so no poor reflection on BetFred/Done's at all - just dreadful dreadful software - get yourself Vipered up Fred!

Agreed. I find Playtech games boring. Bet 365 and Betfred are basicly the only ones I've played (besides the occasional n/d bonuses).

Another thing I dislike is the lack of privacy when it comes to Playtech casinos. I have never made any withdrawal from a Playtech casino (stand-alone). And will not make a deposit very easily either. When I opened an account with Kiwi, the account was automatically closed after submitting my personal information. It was eventually opened (after numerous back and forth emails) and Kudos to Kiwi for that part.

The fact that Playtech casino's do share blacklists is another matter. How else would Kiwi have my personal information ALREADY STORED on their system when I've never had an account with them? I'm sure Kiwi is a well respected establishment among many of you, but the lack of respect is enough for me to play somewhere else.

A Quote from Kiwi's T&C:

"Account Creation Information:

The Account Information supplied during the account creation process is kept strictly confidential for our own purpose. We do NOT share this information with any third party company and/or organization."

Yep. I disagree.

I play slots only and initially stayed away from Playtech because I didn't like the slots and they took forever to process withdrawals.

Never went back after reading lots of complaints.

However, I decided to give CM recommended "Slots.com" a whirl and did well on Dr. Lovemore and Vacation Station, so cashed out $300 last Friday. The deposit was in Neteller on Saturday and the rest was in there on Tuesday! Had no problems and no documents to send.

Actually, Playtech runs a centralized support center for many of their casinos. Kiwi is one of them so in actuality your information isn't being shared with a third party.

Did not know about this. Thanks.

Still the fact that the account was automatically closed upon registration tells me that I'm listed as a persona non grata in these establisments. I don't dislike Playtech as such, just don't like the games enough.

I play at 24kt Gold but only VP. I like their graphics. I haven't ever had a problem with a cashout..there is a 48 hour wait but 6-10 hours later it is always in my neteller account. I've hit RF's there 6 times since I've been playing online in July. I like the fact that they don't automatically add those sticky bonuses.

Although I doubt I will ever deposit at another Playtech casino again.....

Bet Royal is my favorite simply because its the only Playtech I ever managed to achieve a withdrawal. Support was quite friendly....even though I contacted online chat about 15 times over the course of 3 weeks and it was always the same person.....he wasvery friendly and I didn't feel like I was talking to a computer spitting out automated replies. Also, the withdrawal was on a no deposit $100 free chip, and was processed in a timely manner, to a withdrawal option that was not available for free chips (WU).....good job all around!

I also love the Main Street Group casinos. Very friendly support, good bonuses, and PLENTY of free chip bonuses.....I never made large or frequent deposits....yet my account was comped on almost a weekly basis with $25, $35, $50 free chips. Nice to get all those comps and wasn't even a VIP....or have to be in some snooty invitation only club:rolleyes:

Too bad their software leaves MUCH to be desired...

Funeralparty, you talk rather positively about Main Street Group casinos. Which casinos are in this group (i couldn't find it)? Anyone in particular that is better than the others? In your very first sentence you stated that you will probably never deposit at a Playtech again. Does that now also include the Bet Royal and Main Street Group, about which you were quite positive in subsequent paragraphs.
I haven't played at a Playtech yet, mainly due to the negative press they have received at the forums here. Might want to give one a try but am now a bit confused by your post.

Bet Royal is not part of the Main Street Group....as a matter of fact, they have gotten some negative comments on here....but I never had a problem with them.

Main Street Group includes Twin Aces, Las Vegas USA, Slots.com, Diamond Deal, Sun Palace.....and I think one more. They are all about the same, and all share the same support....so you will probably get the same superior support from any of the above.

The reason I stated I will never deposit again at another Playtech casino is because I believe they deal the worst BJ game of any software provider. Plus, I really dont care too much for their slots.

That being said, if you're going to throw your $$$ at Playtech, I would throw it at one of the Main Street casinos.

Although I happen to like PlayTech (a handful of them that is), I wouldn't bother playing there if I were a die-hard slots fan. Outside of Chinese Kitchen and Vacation Station (which I like quite a bit because they're slightly unique... despite no bonus feature/free spins ect...), I would agree that those other games aren't very fun, or better yet... blow. Aside from slots though, I do think that the other games are fine, and the graphics are pretty good. But no, I wouldn't recommend PlayTech based on their slots. I'd go #1 MG, #2 Cryptologic, #3 RTG for slots. Then again, although I find slots to be very exciting, and actually, the most exciting of all casino games, after playing them full-time for a good 6 months, I think they're a MAJOR waste of money (unless you know what KK is doing right). I've never seen money vanish faster, when playing those MARVEL games, or the cold spells I seemed to be ALWAYS getting from the MG slots.

Vegas Casino Online - they're all listed here:

https://www.casinomeister.com/accredited-casinos/

Now speaking of slots, they have a couple of new games with the free spin feature: Desert Treasure, Dr. Lovemore. I did quite good on Desert Treasure quite recently btw at Twin Aces.

Well... can I take back what I said? I'm beginning to think that "Slotster" didn't stumble upon the new PlayTech games (I was unaware of them myself.... although I've seen the Dr. Lovemore banners... I just didn't realize that it was for PlayTech).

Despite not wanting to play slots again, I just finished playing the new 5-reel 20-line slots at a PlayTech casino (to test them out). There's also a 3rd slot called "A NIGHT OUT". All three games are great, that is if you like slots. With Dr. Lovemore, it's 20 Free Spins for the feature, although the wins are doubled as opposed to tripled.

The paytables are very MG'esque, the graphics are great, the spins are very fast, and I what I liked the most was the autoplay options (from the FLASH VERSION that is). You can stop on a Jackpot Win, on a single win more than a specified amount, and the best options are the stop when balance goes to/drops to specified amount.

I was going to complain about having to do the tedious clicking for moving the amount of spins up and down, but then if you go over the box, you can just type it in (otherwise, that would have been a serious bitch having to click "+" 200 to get 200 spins for the autoplay). And remember, this is all from the FLASH VERSION. I must say, I'm pretty impressed, and it's about time.

If there is a CON, I think that the price per spin, is a tad steep.

MG is the king of Multi-line Slots, but PlayTech has taken a step in the right direction here.

Now, if they could only do something about that limited "Game History Log".

You any idea how many new deposits they need before they approve withdrawals?

Royal have been looking for a buyer bailout for a long time now, and apparently they've been calling around their Costa Rica Cousins looking for a deal in just recent days; Royal operates a ponzi scheme of sucking in new deposits to pay withdrawls - they do not have the capital to cover even current withdrawals let alone their enitire player-base, and if they don't get a buyer they will inevitably fold in time; The Shrink is telling players to "get out"; add to that, a year or so ago Bet Royal tried to rough up Bill Dozer and SBR colleagues on a visit to Costa Rica.

And this is your "favourite Playtech"? LMAO.

I knew this would happen: start a thread about how good some Playtechs are, and we get a bunch of **ALREADY EDITED OUT BEFORE I GET IT IN THE NECK AGAIN** telling us about how Golden Palace and Royal just rock.

LOL. Responsibility.

Whatever we think about Playtech software and the casinos they power,it's a fact that they are a force to be reckoned with. Their marketing (probably pricing) has enticed quite a large number of operators to join or change to their platform. The graphics are good and the download is the best of all current software beating even MG in my opinion. The compilation of a list of 'favoured' playtech casinos through experience sharing by this forum's posters will give those who wish to try this software some insight. At present,Playtech obviously only cares about how to satisfy the operators in order to reap max profits. Although ethically wrong, this is understandable as they are still relatively new in the gaming business. I am not sure but maybe even MG and definitely RTG had the same attitude years ago. I do believe that this will change in a couple of years time as they know that ultimately they have to address players' concerns as well if they are to stay in business. If too many players continue to be screwed out of their winnings, the brand name will be ruined and even if the new games they churn out are fantastic, nobody will play and if it hurts their profitbility, they will take a hard look at the situation again.

Caruso, I never said I RECOMMENDED Bet Royal, I simply said I had a good experience there.

I was posting a reply to the threads original question. I believe in my post I also mentioned that I would never deposit at another Playtech again.

1. gp68 ~ chinese version of golden palace casino
2. english version of golden palace casino
I know many players here don't like golden palace. I have played many times there and I feel it's good so far.

3. sportsinteraction casino
4. acropolis casinos
5. kiwi casino

tropez and europa are ok.

don't play prestige casino. You may find a $5 bonus in your account one day and can't remove it; you are forced to finish the wagering requirement because of the $5 bonus. disgusting!:sniper:
