This is a real sign here in AZ just off I-8. What do you think would happen if signs like this were to be found back East? But this is just backwater, flyover AZ so it doesn't count to the media and Congress, I guess.

This is not an exaggeration: You cannot even go hunting, camping or hiking in any of your favorite mountains and canyons because of the smuggling dangers. Who wants to carry more guns and ammo than water in order to survive in the Arizona desert? That is what it has become. Maybe your state is next?

In the meantime, any of you who foolishly believe the bullshit from Obama and Napolitano ... you keep calling those of us who know better "racists" and we'll just keep calling you "stupid". Those who cross the border know it is illegal .. they are premeditated felons. You wouldn't need a deportation agency if it were up to me ... snipers and backhoes would be more effective, less costly and more efficient. In the meantime, I think we should move all of the warm and fuzzy liberals as well as all of the SB1070 opponents into the southern parts of Arizona. When considering
the current assembly of trash in Washington D.C., it seems more likely that they would force the relocation of American citizens in southern portions of Arizona rather than to stand in the way of felony lawbreakers exercising their felony rights [as granted without legislation by liberals]

Keep in mind ... this IS in America and you are warned against people that
according to Obama "are not a problem". If you believe that than we
invite you to come down with your family and go camping in southern Arizona.

Kauphy, you well know my feelings on this subject I'm sure. Arizona eforcing the law may make you guys the only place out there that gets it concerning the illegal migrant situation. California has decided to boycott Arizona (for whatever good that does!) I just want you to know that some of us in NorCal aren't migrant apologists. GO ARIZONA!! I fully support your efforts in this matter. The big problem is that now all your illegals will head to illegal friendly Cali! Shit like what you posted about pisses me off, too, but don't stick every liberal in the same group. There's liberals in every office, and whether or not they're Democrats or Republicans, it doesn't matter. Even I'm liberal when it comes to some things, but I'm conservative in others.Personally, I can't stand the bullshit that is happening in America today.

If I had the choice, I'd gladly move to another country, but the fact of the matter is, if you're not rich, or have a skill that other countries are looking for, you're STUCK in America. Hell, even Canada has guidelines in place for people looking to immigrate to their country.

The main problem today is political and capitalistic GREED. Don't get me wrong, capitalism is ok, as long as it's kept in check. When a politician starts thinking with their wallet, then it's time that they are stripped of their title and thrown out of office. It doesn't matter if they're a congressman/woman, or the president. It just seems that 'the war on drugs' or illegal immigrants isn't on their list of priorities, so they could care less about what's happening 'in the real world.' Reason being? Well, some illegal immigrants pay taxes now, right? I guess that's a good enough reason....err, wait. Aren't they "undocumented workers" now? I guess that's the current PC term.

But, please, don't stick me in a group just because I have liberal views in regards to some issues.

I'm all for gay marriage? Does that make me a "dumb liberal?" I'm 100% against illegal immigrants and all that good jazz, too..Does that make me a PC conservative? Again, don't get me wrong, but I have nothing against immigrants coming to live in our country, as long as they do it LEGALLY. I forget the exact percentage of illegal immigrants that cross our borders every day that have a criminal background that stretches from theft to homicide, but I can assure you it is quite a high number. That's why we have processes in place to weed out these criminals so that they don't enter our country.

Oh, and what happens when one of these criminals crosses the border illegally and commits heinous acts and are arrested? Do we send them back over the border? Sometimes, yes, but for the more serious crimes such as murder and so forth, they're sent to prison for years on end, and we're stuck footing the bill for that. Don't even get me started on the subject of prisoners getting a free college education while they're incarcerated....


Let's start working together, and maybe something will get done. All of this republican/democrat conservative/liberal squabble is getting old, and getting us nowhere.

sorrie could,nt get it. and reamber i did,nt write this so i,m not calling anyone anything. but i do agree with it and yes you r right about them all leaving and going eleswhere i just read a thing on it and the people that it was talking about made me kind of feel bad for them(yes there is a heart that beats inside of me alto some people on here would think otherwise) caz they said they were told that they could not become cizens but did,nt say why. and they had lived in az for over 15 years i wished they would have told us why they could not become u.s cez.

Again, it's always "obama this, obama that" what about all the republicans and other democrats that could care less about illegals? I never hear any talk about that. Yes, obama is involved, but I wish people would quit making it out like he's the only one involved. Do I agree with what he's doing? No.

Same signs in South Texas along the border. Went to Laredo sometime back and was stopped twice by the border patrol when we tried to leave. So don't think racial profiling had anything to do with it. Scared the bejesus out of me.

A couple of friends of mine were hit head by a car driven by an illegal. Killed one and severely injured the other. The guy ran and he was never found. Police said he must have gone back across the border. To me that's a bigger problem. Come across the border, commit a crime and then go back across scot free.

Watched a documentary the other day about illegals and it made me think. Seems that alot of the ones coming across from Mexico aren't from Mexico. This particular group was from Educador, if I remember right. Hopped the train that runs almost the length of Central America. That poses a completely different problem. Why can't they be stopped before they get here. Because the countries they are going thru are corrupt and all they have to do is pay off the police and go on their way.

We will never stop illegal border crossings until we get co-operation from other countries.
