[but i still see the casino in the top five casino in the wizardofodds]
i deposit 1000 and get 800 bonus in usd,
i play 5 credit in three hand every round totally i bet 15,
but my acount down to 1350 after i have wagered 4000
i see this condition i bet 1 credit in three hand but my account still down to 1330 ,it down to soon, and the dealer easy to get black or 21 points even the dealer got 6 or 5 ,4 it is easy to become 21 20 19 ,and the dealer not east to bust ,i lost 370 money in this casino, i don't know either i need to play until i can cash out the bonus?? i think i will lost all my money before i can translate the bonus become my money
i got the 0.05 per hand bonus about 45 USD but it is in the bonus account,so you must wager 40x of it before cash out,so you take a lot of time to get it every 40 hands you get one bonus and you need to wager it 40x before can cash it out ,you need to wager 40x40 times to cash 1 usd,i feel i have been cheated, the bonus is not so good as they claim,i lost about 350 usd in this casino, and i cash out my 647 dollars(usd) in today,i don't want any webfriend to lost any money in this casino again,so i post the message...i bet about 1600 hands i start in 1800 usd and left 1330 usd (647deposit+683bonus)...it is not worth to play in this casino..

Lucky chance cheat

wizardofodds.com doesn't have a top 5 casino list, maybe you are talking about thewizardofodds.com which has no association with the former anymore. If you do a search on this forum you will find that Lucky Chance casino cheat and do not deal a fair game.

I get what you mean. If i were you, i would complain to the Wiz about this advertiser (muffmoney in this case) and inform him that they promote a cheating casino. Hopefully he will do something about it. Maybe the Wiz doesn't have that much time to monitor the websites that are advertised at the Wizardofodds.com.

Big Cheat!!

Not only their Blackjack, their video poker is also a big cheat!
The deuces and joker wild offers 118.3119% pay return.
But if you play more than 100 hands, you can see what happened.
By the way, following thier pay table if there is NO pay for three upon line (5 wilds, nature royal flush and 4 deuces) the pay return is also 114.0801%!!!!! And game variance is only 4.9917 :eek2:
But just try 100 hands at their free model. You can understand what is a big cheat!

Sounds to me like you deposited $1000 & cashed out $1330 = $330 profit.
What are you complaining about???

He can't withdraw all 1330, only around $700. When you play in that casino you earn 2.5% of your wages. So, to earn the full $800 bonus you have to wager 800/2.5*100 = 32000. He wagered only $4000 so he earned around $100 bonus and the rest will be subtracted when he withdraws. I doubt you'll have anything in your account if you wager 32000 in Lucky Chance.

Help the Wizard help you

Ouch. I'm the guy who handles the ads over at Wizard of Odds. When a new advertiser applies to be on our site (and they all have to go through our approval process) we check out their site. We have fairly strict standards and we reject about half the sites which apply. We don't even accept sites with popup windows, and there are no exceptions for casinos.

Anyway, we check out a site when they apply, but we don't necessarily continue to constantly keep checking them out once they've already been approved, unless a reader has a complaint. I wish you had let us know about this problem, we would have taken care of it right away. As it is I just stumbled across this thread completely by accident, because one of the links to our site from this thread was bad and I was checking out the dead link report I got on our server.

I removed Muff Money from our advertiser list. They're no longer able to bid on ads on Wizard of Odds.

If you ever have a problem with any advertiser on Wizard of Odds please let us know. In fact, if you play one of our casino advertisers and have a problem with a payout that you can't resolve with the casino, the Wizard promises to personally intervene to try to get it straightened out. This applies only to actual casino advertisers, not portal advertisers, but this is one of the best kinds of guarantees you'll get anywhere.

You'll also notice that we maintain friendly relations with CasinoMeister. We list CM as our #1 recommended site on our front page.

Thanks,

Muffmoney

I'm the webmaster of muffmoney.com. If you have trouble with a casino that you find through my website then I can help you - as I say at the top of the page, just email me and I will investigate any complaints. When casinos are giving players hassle or not paying I have a good record of getting them to act, but I have to know about it!

Regarding Lucky Chance, it does not appear on the OPA blacklist (

) although the player reviews of the casino are mixed. This indicates streaky software to me, I have it as one of the top five casinos purely because of the size of the bonus. I will probably remove it as it does appear to be causing trouble, although I can't prove there is anything wrong with it.

As a casino portal webmaster I get many emails from players who believe a casino is rigged but the vast majority of the time they have just been unlucky. If patterns start to emerge and enough complaints come then I will begin to suspect something may be amiss, I would be interested in more solid evidence that this casino is rigged.

ha9016559 - if you are having problems with Lucky Chance just let me know and I will get in touch with them.

Unlucky Chance

They deny everything!
Their 6 deck game is supposed to be really generous. BOLLOX - I fed the rules into the calculator at wizardofodds and got a house edge of 0.4515%, I know this looks small, but for BJ it aint! Microgaming 'normal' BJ is a house edge of 0.4% or less. Lucky chance have the 'no peek' rule, and I am gobsmacked at all those aces that come along to pair up the dealers inevitable picture card. I have been convinced they are cheating for some while now, proving it is a different matter though. Each time I enter the BJ promotion I lose far more than even a 0.4515 edge would imply.
Today, I wasted $150, loaded up 'Beejack' and HOW ODD - as soon as the deck went '10 rich' I was summarily wiped out in 'straight sets'. I would have expected totally the opposite. I can only conclude that the 'deck' was only showing as 10 rich as the software was deliberately blocking the 10 cards, and that the mathematical chance of getting a 10 from the reduced shoe did NOT increse as it should, but remained depressed throughout. Far too many dealer 4 card wins for my liking in a 10 rich deck, although player busts on stiffs are not suspicious in this situation.
I have found the game logs for ALL my BJ right back to last year, and will analyse them in Excel, as I simply cannot believe a run of 'bad luck' can last this long. With a bonus winback rate of 2.5%, free $500 BJ wager challenges each month, there is an inconsistency here! 1)'we don't cheat at BJ' 2) we are still trading and offering the same 2.5% winback bonus on our 0.4515% BJ tables.

When you have ONLY bonus money in the account - wager half on BJ. If you lose try again. if you win exit and you will find it's real money, NOT bonus, and you can rescue half of it at least without wagering through. The other half will be confiscated on cash out, so make sure you do so before any further bonus is due to be credited.

Their 'Top 5 award' link goes to 'server not found' - surely another worry, and the one that does work goes to AnteUp, certainly not looking like any sort of impartial organisation.

Below I have added a short session of play using a stake unit of $10, and following all the plays dictated by 'beejack' BJ2021 software utility as mentioned on wizardofodds as an alternative to strategy cards. It incorporates a count, and alters stake and strategy as the composition of the shoe changes during play. The table starts with a fresh shoe of cards and the stakes are increased as the deck becomes increasingly rich in 10 cards, which are supposed to increase the risk of busting, but does 'Diane' bust? The hell no, with a deck rich enough in 10s to raise unit stake, Diane busts TWICE in 23 hands, but gets 21 four times, and wins 10 hands outright, with me winning 4 outright, including 2 on dealer busts. Sadly, this is not just one unlucky example, this sort of run has happened each time I have played the promotion.
How about some honesty, get rid of 'Diane' and put a handle on the side and a tray underneath, as that is what this game really is! with a payout profile to suit. (Perhaps all the games are just running the same engine that drives the video slots, with appropriate graphics to display the result, which has been decided before your first hit or double, who knows!)

Search Winneronline.com for a discussion of the video poker at Lucky Chance, which should have had a player's edge of about 20%, or check

for the double exposure with a player's edge of 7.2%. I have strong doubts that a non-rigged casino can afford to offer games with such a big advantage for the player.

I have just had a brief further go to complete the wagering for the free $100, not bothering with the other $400 (too late anyhow). Yet another run of "bad luck" BJ2021 was showing the percentage up to 50.3 and indicated green and double stake, and Diane won 4 consecutive hands - well that's a surprise isn't it.

How much evidence, and what analysis, will prove 'beyond reasonable doubt' that what is offered is other than a fairly dealt 6 deck Blackjack game, and that the cards are rigged to perform to an operator set percentage as for some land based video blackjack games in some US States (saw this on a forum somewhere, they can be set to a legal maximum edge of 20% and not play true to mathematical probability - and yet are legal!!)

i also love your abundant use of ambiguous terms: majority of time they were just unlucky, will probably be dropped, interested in more solid evidence, indicating streaky software

tell you what, there is a 'likelihood' that i might sign up through your site

there's also a 'possiblity' i might recommend your site to others

so when you say that the reviews on 'lucky chances' are MIXED, that means there were some positive reviews as well, can you show us some?

also, when you say that majority of time the players were unlucky, i assume this is b/c you did some investigation on your own and not just take the casino's words at face value? can you show us some evidence of your investigations also?

finally, since you care about your players, i assume you have ditched some casinos due to rogue software/support/policies, can you demonstrate to us what casinos have been dropped from your list b/c of complaints from your players?

I 'just found' this thread after the wizard informed me of the reason I'd been removed from his ad auction system and provided a link.

As a portal webmaster I can't just go around saying that casinos cheat, but if it is has been well established in the industry, through investigators such as casinomeister or wizardofodds that a casino cheats then I can say so.

With lucky chance about four of the player reviews were positive and about eight were negative, I haven't heard anywhere else about Lucky Chance being a dodgy casino, if it is well known I'd like to hear about it.

Regarding other examples, when I found out casino-on-air and casino bar were cheats I put black marks around them saying *BLACKLISTED DO NOT PLAY*.
