Villento Halloweenies Promotion

Just picked this up from another forum:

Free spins are 25 winlines, 1 coin per line, 0.10 coinsize, so $2.50 per spin.

No idea why they had to hide this info, its not bad, now everyone got suspicious..

Perhaps it wasn't the same for everyone that opted in to the promo?

Would be interesting to find out.

Are you sure that information is correct? Or that it is for this particular promo?

Just asking because Halloweenies only has 20 lines...

Oh, thats my fault then, there was no mention of the number of winlines, thought it was a 25 liner.

It was definately about the halloweenpromo as there's a thread about it there too, with the same questions asked.
The player first thought he had only won 5 bucks and some change, but after completing the spins noticed it was actually over 50 bucks because of the 0.10 coinsize.
I'll PM you the link.

100 Free Games and ending up with $0.62.... How is that possible? Did every spin lose except one?

It was 100 spins, but only ONE line, and ONE coin of 0.01 - 62p was actually pretty GOOD:D

This was NOT free either, it came from when BelleRock ran this kind of "deposit X, Wager Y, get 100 free spins" promotion.

This one incident permanently ruined what could have been a great promotional format. Now, players are ALWAYS going to be suspicious of such promotions where the NUMBER of free spins is "shouted from the rooftops", but information about the VALUE of each spin is shrouded in secrecy, which has been the case THIS time as well. It now seems they were offering ALL lines and a 0.10 coin. At 2 credits per spin, and 100 spins, the value is 200 credits for 2000 wagered. A 10% comp, and pretty GOOD, so WHY did they want to hide this away as though this was a BAD offer that would lead to disappointed players.

Sometimes these offers are good, sometimes bad, but a lack of trust based on the times the offers have been both VERY bad and DECEPTIVE leads many players to question what is REALLY on offer; trick or treat;)

Red Fush are doing this kind of thing for their midweek and weekend promos. Deposit 200 for 100 spins for VIPs and 100 for 50 spins for others. Despite early expectations, it turns out the 100 free spins are 1 credit each, so this is one of the GOOD versions of this offer, equivalent to about a 47% bonus on the first 200 deposit, compared to 30% up to 1500 on further midweek deposits.
