Videoslots withdrawal of large win

Why the op is getting a hard time here is beyond me he has every right to be pissed off, videoslots clearly had not paid him correctly as they stated they would, why you lot keep sticking up for this lot again is mind boggling, after the last few weeks of under handed tactics you lot should be backing the player.

Jeez, you sound like you have lost 54K, rather than won.

Yes customer service could of dealt with this better, but it's hardly been Horrendous for you.

Customer service horrendous yes. Not once stated it’s been horrendous for me as an individual to deal with have I? Fully aware it’s an insane hit and like I stated earlier if I have to wait a month I will, if I have to wait two months I will. BUT telling me I can withdraw it all today then refusing it, then saying they are waiting for updates again, doesn’t fill me with confidence. Perhaps read my gripes again and you’ll see where I’m coming from.

Not being ungrateful, not losing touch with the value of money/the win, just mildy pissed off that the story is ever changing and I simply want to know what is going on.....factually!

They've clearly said he will be paid though. And it's not been a HUGE amount of time.

He won on Monday. He got half of the payout today, and an assurance that the rest will be paid. It's unclear what the delay is, but chances are it'll be in his account tomorrow.

It could be anti-money laundering rules causing them to split the payment. Could be all sorts.

If it doesn't go in tomorrow without good reason, maybe it's time to raise a PAB. But I'd be surprised if it doesn't go in.

Hi Mark,

As you are aware your account balance is frozen so you cannot gamble with the money until this is sorted. The information I have is the remaining funds will be sent tomorrow. Once again, I apologise for the delay and big congratulations to the winnings!

Br,
Team Videoslots

Thank you for this, I appreciate the response. I do not wish to play with the funds, simply to have them withdrawn. If, when you get a rare spare minute, you could advise what the actual VS process is on a big win like this I’d be intrigued to know. Not to scrutinise or judge, purely out of interest!

Thanks again for your input and confirmation!

You don’t work for VS, give it a break mate.
Your like the most Ship
but you see, it DOES affect paul, and others and well everyone
every time you unnecessarily flag a rep you are LITERALLY dragging them away from doing something else.
Today for example, you posted at 1036, then again at 1225 wanting to know why they havent answered...good lord, it was TWO HOURS. Then you compalined about it at 1239, then further went on to compalin the rep keeps vanishing despite the fact theyve been in responding the entire day
It's a Casinomeister rep, not a Dream rep

and ftr i dont give a toss if im on your ignore list
some people want literally miracles, done as soon as they post.
They expect perfect CS..
yes at all times things can be done and dealt with better, but ffs give them a decent chance to sort it out!!!. And I’m sure from a decent place it will be..
the moaning and whining is embarrassing.

Give them a chance to sort it. Just as we all ain’t happy with the RTP thing doesn’t mean VS is some rogue clip joint.

It could be anti-money laundering rules causing them to split the payment. Could be all sorts.

And they could have told him Monday why it wouldn't be processed as fast as smaller payments, they could have told him they would pay him in full, rather than making up false withdrawal limits, and they could have told him this evening why they are waiting to pay the rest tomorrow after they told him he could withdraw it then declining his withdrawals with no explanation.
If they had done any of those things this thread probably wouldn't exist, or wouldn't be as long as it is.

Wow, I come back from having Ghandi launch nukes at me in Civ5 to find this thread's gone apeshit!

I think I was gleaning more enjoyment from seeing my cities go up in flames than the hysteria contained here :D

Truth be told, if I knew I had several thousands winging its way into my ol' bank account I'd forego the flapping and outrage and likely dance naked through my living room. So what's another couple of days, seriously. Not ideal, yet not WWIII (unlike Ghandi, the prick) :D

Right?

I wonder how many of these posters would be ok with being treated like this after winning over 50k.

I tell you what, I feel like closing this bloody thread and letting Bryan review it tomorrow. Sniping and reporting, over derails from the original direct issue.

The OP turned up here, and from the first minute members here tried to assist, advise and bring in the rep.

From 3 days of frustration, within a few hours he had half the win paid.

The VS rep explained it would be sorted. It is being sorted.

I would suggest that maybe the VS system flags or prevents over a certain amount of withdrawals, which could explain the issues with the OP taking it out in smaller blocks. So maybe today has been exhausted and tomorrow the remainder will clear. The rep has already pledged the matter will be concluded tomorrow.

I'm sure VS will learn from the experience this big UK win has brought, exposing lack of communication and 30k UK limits etc. which could be resolved - yes, systems may need improving.

OP - please be patient, it's apparent to you by now you will be paid. It'll probably transpire that from coming on here you have been settled within 24 hours. Some in this thread view it as a case of 'bad service until it was posted on the forum' - yes, it hasn't gone ideally but I personally see it as a good example of having a forum with accredited sites and active reps, so there's also a lot of positives here but alas few are prepared to see it this way.

There's only so much that can be done by the casino out of office hours, give them a break until tomorrow.

I understand the feelings of nervousness winning a large sum can bring and I personally know people who've won even more at other casinos and had to wait a bit longer than you for the reasons already mentioned earlier.

I'm sure there's a few on here who would like to swap places with you and endure the stress of waiting for the balance until tomorrow....

If you feel stressed after your big Play'n Go win, some sobering bedtime reading for you, involving somebody who won twice as much but unluckily for them not at VS or another accredited casino: Book of Dead - 5000x - 100k€ Win

Kinda puts your situation into perspective.

Pretty sure they handled a larger win...
I’m no VS fanboy btw, but I’ll almost guarantee it’ll be sorted

I blame brexit

One question remains, if I may be so bold: would the OP have been paid already 30K (well after 4 days I think it is) and the remainder tomorrow if he had not started this thread?

You can't prove a negative.

If he won it on Monday it's 3 days before he received the payment Thursday.
If the OP was an existing member rather than a newbie he would have likely not begun a thread at all and dealt with it all by PM and we'd have been none the wiser until the screenie appeared!

The only answer I can really give to that is the fact that regardless of the thread being started here, the timescale for win checks and verification would have been the same.

Barring the initial 4 day fear factor of not knowing what the hold-up is, and sweating over payment, most people's doubts should have really been allayed after getting 30K. I fail to see why the remainder wouldn't follow soon thereafter.

Much more understandable for casinos in general to do this in regards to AML, than giving players the runaround over £20 deposits/ withdrawals and security 'thresholds'

Have Videoslots communicated that to you, or how can you state it as fact?

He would have been paid around same time for sure, Team VS stated clearly it is about waiting the response from the game provider.

I think this thread is not about VS is doing stalling tactic, I'm pretty sure they wouldn't do any stalling tactic, I think it is about not so great CS service on VS.
One thing I believe VS needs to improve is CS training, it's like a pot luck.
Some times I talked to someone who is as professional as team VS, some times I talked to someone who has a attitude with "I don't care what you say, I'm just sitting here typing OK to whatever you say, so I can get a check to help me study to get a job I really want to do.".

Lots of threads get started for slow payouts for tinier wins by full members here...slotsmillion thread for example...

And I don’t understand the threat of closing this thread...what did we do wrong? This is a legitimate question and concern.

Advice was given...some discussion followed as to how videoslots handled it...some of us agreed with the op’s frustration others didn’t. Was this part wrong of us to discuss? How strict are you gonna be to staying on topic? I think this is the natural progression of all discussions that we have on here.

And I’m sorry it’s just getting a little foggy as to what we are allowed to post anymore.

As for the derailment...that always happens and it didn’t go on for too long. Unless talking about the slowness of videoslots and the ops frustration was considered a derailment.

Sorry If this out of bounds.

Hey i won 70k about a year ago. It took a while to get it approved i think 2-3 days they had to contact the provider and then await an ok on the providers end. I had a 30k withdrawal limit in 30 days you can apply for a higher one but i think you have to have a 0 acct balance for them to make the change. Just have patience. Maybe try the loyalty@videoslots.com email or give them a call if your really stressing. Id prob try and miss the CS chat as they will likely have no idea its above their knowledge. I had a loyalty manager i could contact easily but if you dont it maybe a bit harder. They may freeze your account or funds to stop you from playing them or they may fail their duty to stop people playing all their funds again.

No idea what this has turned into tbh. I initially came here as I knew very little about VS apart from the knowledge that comes with playing there for a month. I didn’t know if they were going to pay, didn’t know the process, didn’t know who best to speak to and after 3 days I was getting nothing but automated responses regarding anything I asked. THAT was the point. Anything to move this up the chain and get a human response to what I asked.

Without this forum I suspect I could still be getting the same responses. That’s a positive definitely!

I have had confirmation this morning that the remaining funds have been processed and I’ll get them in 3-5days. That’s good enough for me!

Think some people have taken statements out of context, I’ve not once wished to appear ungrateful for the money and have stated many times I will happily wait two months, all I wanted was clarity and some factual information! CM helped me get this.
