I tell you what, I feel like closing this bloody thread and letting Bryan review it tomorrow. Sniping and reporting, over derails from the original direct issue.
The OP turned up here, and from the first minute members here tried to assist, advise and bring in the rep.
From 3 days of frustration, within a few hours he had half the win paid.
The VS rep explained it would be sorted. It is being sorted.
I would suggest that maybe the VS system flags or prevents over a certain amount of withdrawals, which could explain the issues with the OP taking it out in smaller blocks. So maybe today has been exhausted and tomorrow the remainder will clear. The rep has already pledged the matter will be concluded tomorrow.
I'm sure VS will learn from the experience this big UK win has brought, exposing lack of communication and 30k UK limits etc. which could be resolved - yes, systems may need improving.
OP - please be patient, it's apparent to you by now you will be paid. It'll probably transpire that from coming on here you have been settled within 24 hours. Some in this thread view it as a case of 'bad service until it was posted on the forum' - yes, it hasn't gone ideally but I personally see it as a
good example of having a forum with accredited sites and active reps, so there's also a lot of positives here but alas few are prepared to see it this way.
There's only so much that can be done by the casino out of office hours, give them a break until tomorrow.
I understand the feelings of nervousness winning a large sum can bring and I personally know people who've won even more at other casinos and had to wait a bit longer than you for the reasons already mentioned earlier.
I'm sure there's a few on here who would like to swap places with you and endure the stress of waiting for the balance until tomorrow....
If you feel stressed after your big Play'n Go win, some sobering bedtime reading for you, involving somebody who won twice as much but unluckily for them not at VS or another accredited casino:
Book of Dead - 5000x - 100k€ Win
Kinda puts your situation into perspective.
