I can't be bothered depositing anymore at VS its not the site it was, and since I don't get even the tuesday email nor the race thingy or even a place in clash there's no incentive there anymore for me, better casinos out there.

Just failed the €500 mark (€446) for the past seven days. Asked Live Chat for a ticket, but they say they can't give any bonuses. Sent an email to the team, awaiting their reply. As I deposit €200 each and every week I think this is a bit disappointing...

It rather striking to see that it takes up to 30 seconds to fill up a 10-man battle. Clearly, not many players seem to have found out that SnG battles are running.

550 players took part in the Iron Girl battle, if just 250 are qualified for the Happy Hour SnG it should have 10-man battles filling up in a jiffy.
Not complaining, I actually prefer this timing as 19:00 GMT is 3:00am for me.

Well I didnt qualify, first time ever happening. I deposited 40 dollars with in the 7 days, but was off by 4 hours? time zone difference. And who knows, probably didn't wager enough. It will just make my divorce even easier on the 30th

@Team.Videoslots - The requirements for the Sit N Go weekend starting 26th to 27th are totally unfair to the majority of players? I saw a lot of members of CM say the same thing? Yet you choose to ignore those members when we are asking why VS are making the requirements worse? Will you please relax the requirements? Or revert them back to what they used to be? where you had usually 2 weeks to wager the £500?
I would appreciate it and so would many other members too.
I mean I know it is obvious with all the changes VS have made the last few months that you are completely cutting down and tightening everything up and saving money. All you are doing is driving players away from VS. I am and was a loyal customer. But I am now thinking about not bothering anymore with VS. The fact races stopped. and the fact these freerolls are now even harder to qualify for amongst some other factors that I will play elsewhere.
I do not want to. So I think you need to take all our feedback and go and speak to your superiors and see if they can revert back to how it used to be?
Because I am starting to see all the signs that this casino is going down a bad path. Many casinos that used to also be great also went down this path and it didn't end well. The last thing I want is this casino not to end the way so many others did!

I am not sure I follow what you mean when calling the changes unfair since the same requirements are put on everyone who wants to participate. We have never intended to ignore someone voicing their concern and I apologize to anyone that feels they have been treated this way. However, the requirements will not be changed for tonights Freerolls. While we appreciate and forward the suggestions and feedback we receive, we cannot guarantee that there will be any immediate updates or some of the specific changes you request.
Regarding the removal of the Casino Race for the Clash of Spins and other changes, we have new and exciting things on the horizon and we are certain will be an overall improvement of our Casino, both for larger and smaller players.

I think the unfair part comes from the sng freerolls changes going from £200 over 4 weeks, to £500 over the previous few days before it starts. So the requirements maybe the same for everyone - the issue (that i think many people have spoke about for many weeks now), is this big change in eligibility.
This weekend makes no difference to me personally, I chose not to attempt wagering as i dont like the game. But next week I will attempt to meet wagering for next weekends 48hr.
