now i never really complain but have to about this statement as im sure nearly every person on here will agree is that freeroll battles last for 2 hours and always have and u can do late registrations for 1 hour and 30 minutes for freerolls so how u can then say it has never been an issue is kinda shocking, if it was paid battles fair enough as they are varied but freerolls daily have always been the same , maybe im wrong after 4 years but am sure others would agree with me. As i said i love VS and will keep playing there but plz dont treat us like we are stupid

To clarify regarding the times, there have been several different configurations in work for the Freerolls, which has included different lengths, and we are constantly updating to make sure they are the best the can be. Whenever we receive a report about a Battle being different we try to resolve the issue as soon as possible, but this can mean that we correct the issue now and it will be working as intended next week if it comes back. What we mean when we say that it is not an issue is simply that it is one of the possible configurations, and we are moving towards using the same configuration for all Battles in the future.

@Aryol It is regrettable that you missed out on your potential spins from the Battle and we apologize, we can promise that cancelling the Battle was essential. What we tried to do to mitigate the situation was to offer an identical Battle to allow people a second chance. If you encounter issues with a Battle, please contact us or our Support and we will do our best to help you out.

I did, but there was nothing to do. Battles working again for me, I am not angry or something like that I love VS.

Videoslots is still the best place to play for me and I really appreciate your work. Fast payouts, many games, no lagging slots, friendly support ... I just hope that clash of spins gets fully released soon (I mean the missing big win and multiplier clash).

The battle screen freeze once when I checked my rewards. Got logged out but second time it worked.
Also some problems with logging in. I suddenly got an IE tab up too and it has to have something to do with the BankID.

The battle worked though. I saw you removed quickspin in battles too for us

I would imagine any further battle weekends (sng freerolls), will be on their news page (or here) a week or so before the event. I suspect it will be similar requirements to the last couple we had at xmas, although i couldn't say for sure but I can't
see them going back to the old requirements for eligibility (though would be nice). Be interesting to see what they plan anyway

Id like to reply to this that Going back a year ago battles only lasted 1.5 hours finishing at the ..:45 mark and a 30 min registration period before the next battle began at ..:15

So they actually only went for 1.5 hours and a 30 min wait period.

Been like that since the beginning of December sadly. Deposit £20, wager £500 in the single week before the freerolls. Which is a shame.

I think the only time I'll be able to take part now is when payday falls kindly and I have a little luck

Wager £500 for 4 hours of freerolls, screw that.
Say you manage to take part in 24 an hour, 96 battles (which is optimistic) and say you place in half of them (optimistic again) averaging 5 spins, thats 240 x 10p spins, so £24. Plus, as its playngo, no doubt it will be down for an hour or so. Last time I had to deposit £300 to meet the wagering, so this time I won't deposit at all this week as my little protest , especially as the timing means the most I could do would be around 2.5 hours.

But for a 4 hour battle on a Sunday evening? as above, its a lot of wagering/requirements for what it is. Ok its an extra something to play if you make wagering while playing here anyway i guess,
