Hi greylady,

We are sad to hear that you feel like this. We always try to be as fair and just as we can. However, we are human and we do make mistakes sometimes. This time, the mistake was found out after it had already been credited, so of course we will credit the rightful winner and since it was our mistake, we can't really punish the player that was mistaken for the winner by taking back what we had given.

During the promotion in September, there was unfortunately some technical issues, some changes were made and we tried to make the best out of it. In hindsight, it could perhaps have been handled differently, but we hope you understand that we are trying to be as consistent and fair as we can. These promotions are supposed to be something positive.

Best regards,
Team Videoslots.

I must have missed this before. Yes there are technical issues, as there has been in most of these promotions. I still stand by my guns and this will be the last I say on the matter, VS didn't amend the rules or the applicable times of the competition until AFTER it had ended and you still think that was fair? Again it was down to human error and not the technical issues.

Enough said! ....and no I don't have a gambling problem, I didn't miss out due to Bonanzalover's generosity and don't worry the first time I get a decent win I will gift it to him, problem solved!

We discussed at length new qualification criteria etc with the latest changes at VS.

Below some numbers that puts the entire SnG weekends in perspective.

The free spins were at 0.15 / spin with a total of 455,265 FS won by players = EUR 68,289.75 worth of free spins.

At 96% RTP it cost VS = EUR65.558,16 in player winnings, and that is on top of the cost they have to pay the provider for the FS.

Just sayin' :D

I just want to add ..... me :D
I was playing for 3 days, lots of fun, love them for that. No cashout though. That is what I do most times with this SnG.
They give me fun, they give me playtime, they get loyalty and even some deposits during the SnG (when I feel other games are hot).

Don't forget my "lessons" : Slots: What you should know before you play
"The numbers you see in your game balance are just “coins”. It is not real money until you make a cashout and get it in your hand, only then it becomes real (Matthew McConaughey, The Wolf of Wall Street)." ;)

Thats a very simplistic way of looking at it. It's only 'cost to videoslots' if the money was withdrawn, which I would be surprised if even 50% of that amount was. Plus the fact that you haven't taken into account affiliate's contribution to that which considering a high proportion of VS's customers will have signed up through an affiliate, then will be a substantial proportion of it too.

Without seeing full figures no one has any idea of the cost to videoslots, including any extra people deposited to wager to be able to play etc etc. VS's may have made a profit from them for all we know, or the cost to them could have been double that.

I only looked at the raw cost without anything else. The calculation does not take anything else in account, whether it would be positive or negative for the amount as you could list both.

Some do not withdraw and lose it, some withdraw straight away, some double their winnings and withdraw and some make it to a big withdrawal. Mixed bag, I would say.

I know :) was just pointing out that there are many factors that could make the figures completely different to what was stated, I think its safe to say it didn't cost them the amount of free spins x 0.15 though :)

Thursday battles are so bad every one 0.10 euros not one 0.20 euro game
Jumanji
Book of Dead
Dead or Alive
Pimped
7 Sins
Fu Er Dai
Sweet Alchemy
Yeti Battle of Green...
Flame Busters

Time Thursday's games were reviewed

There was one Rip n Roll ähh Swipe n Roll

I'm currently in 2nd place in the Pink Elephants battle, which is quite the turnaround from all my battles so far this new year. One single 5FS so far and all the rest have been way off the pace. That's been my worst stint in the battles since joining VS, so I'm hoping for at least a top 3.

When I started typing this I was in 1st place, but that score has now been utterly blitzed

I have been having a problem since the site update,on both tablet and pc the last games played
are no longer being displayed. It was useful for finding game quickly as the search games function
is flaky to say the least (think the search is always live while entering each character and the site
is struggling to process it, would be far better to search only when the full data has been entered
and when the search icon is pressed)

4th unlucky ;)

Am I being unfair to VS when I say they give four days notice to achieve a £500 wagering just to play three one off evening spins battles next week , it is a bit unfair particularly as they still have the one week policy to change your deposits.

Not that it's worth trying to get £500 for three one off battles unlike the normal sng evening or weekends but to me it is unfair.

I thought that was an issue that's been ongoing for some time? with the 1/2 spins left thing? i have it quite regularly with 1 or 2 spins left in battles. (i was under impression that scores are still added correctly at the end and i always set 100 auto spins and they always complete - but sometimes i still see 1 or 2 spins left afterwards - i just assumed it was just a visual issue thats still there)

That happened to me on the Jaguar Temple battle last night. Was showing I had 1 spin left when I didn’t

ah. ok. first time I saw this, it doesn't bother me ofc but I though VS might want to take a look to fix it.

Yeah im sure its something thats been brought up before - but i think its just a visual thing. If you look through the scoreboard, you can see lots of 1 and 2 spins left. But im sure it doesnt
affect what you'v played. Vs may want to look into it still though as you say. :)

Happens mostly when you have a win on the last two spins. For some reason the system does not update correctly the visuals. However, it will count all at the end and rank you according to the correct result.

That is simply the usual 14 day requirement to be able to play freerolls (if you count from last day) :)

Yeah i recalled it was related to 'wins on the last spin/s' , but couldnt quite remember. I knew it was all correct though in regards to the spins youv made and score. :)
