OK, i am now officially for the first time very disappointed with VS.
I have given Dan and Philip 2 days to respond to my PM and even sent them a reminder today, they read the messages but no answer. Hence, i will put the story into this post as i think how the access to the battles is done, greatly disadvantages a good proportion of actually regular players. Here's the story:
- Last week Thursday evening i decided to stop depositing for minimum 3 days as it was just too boring and the previous days proved costly. I even withdrew the weekly cashback.
- The week started with 2 great offers at Bet-at/Slotty with a 100% match up to 500/250$, hence i did not deposit much at VS, next to nothing actually.
- Comes Thursday and i can't play the free Battles

....second time to ever happen since they launched them IIRC.
- Got of course the dreaded message: "You need to deposit minimum EUR20 and wager EUR500 to qualify."

And it is even worse for me playing in AUD, deposit 30, wager 750. Funny that although the free Battles are in EUR, i have to qualify according to EUR standards but the FS i win are still in AUD.
- Bloody hell VS I thought, i deposited so far some 30K in 2016, of that 8K in June alone and just because i don't for a few days I get kicked off the Battles.
I said this in an earlier post that in my view VS has to rethink their qualification criteria and repeated this in my PM to Dan/Philip. Also told them that i would scale back my deposit level to just meet the requirements, which i did on Thursday. Took exactly 80AUD to wager the 750AUD and that was the last i deposited since and will not change until i have an answer from them. That will be then 4 x 80$ deposits/week to have the whole month of BoS covered, total 320$/month instead of an average of 5K/month. Their call to change something!
To top it all off i find out today that they sent out yet another 1,000 free tickets, yet they did not include me in that list when i needed one. That's how they treated this time a very loyal player and staunch defender of VS. Very disappointing, to say the least.
