If it helps, its happened to me in the past before, in fact I think it happened earlier today on the same game, I couldn't get back in without rebuying, luckily I was anyway and I got them when i restarted after the rebuy, but your staff are talking rubbish tbh, if you get a feature it is part of that spin, and 3 members of staff saying free spins are part of the 'xxx' you play the battle with is completely wrong. Not the first time your support have given incorrect information out, maybe a little more training should be given on the more unusual requests?

How long was the reward for the freeroll battles supposed to last, I didn't activate it thinking it would last 7 days, so figured I would activate it tomorrow or monday, to at least make up for not being able to get in any for the 3 days, and its gone

Playing Jack And The BeanStalk battle (5euro rebuy) and on the last spin I am pretty sure I got 3 chests but instantly the rebuy box came up blocking the view . So I clicked cancel on the rebuy because I had a low score at the time and wanted to see how the freespins went before I decided to rebuy or not . But the game just closed without giving me the freespins and wouldn't resume and my score hadn't gone up . I'm not 100% sure about this and it's possible I am mistaken but idk if they can check the game history or anything

I double checked with my Team Leader regarding this and I was told that the freespins are included in the overall spin count, so in this matter who ever gave you this information is wrong.

Anyone who plays battles knows that you have 100 spins but if you hit 3 scatters or w/e and get freespins then they are extra spins and not included in the 100 spin count , right ? Am I missing something here ?

Its been mentioned a few times already about the last spin not being credited, I no the threads long now and it may not even be in this thread, I am unsure if it happens in the freeze-out tourneys, If not than oblivious the system can read this and credit the cash / free spins so why not in the buy options? Only suggestion is that its designed to do this, Which if so is abit wrong just so you rebuy,

Regarding the freeroll reward, You had 3 days to activate it before it expired and you can always hold your mouse over the reward if you are unsure about when the reward expires.

Yeah my method allows more players in.

These tourney's should be special thou and if you are struggling to make the 500 euros low rolling it would be a nice award.

Maybe there should be a tier and you have to choose before you start wagering which tier to activate with tier 1 being wager 500 euros and tier 2 say 1000 euros with say 0.2 coins a line free spins.

If your betting many thousands a day I can't really see the attraction off these tourney's where if your lucky you get 5 free spins on one coin.

But saying that I love free spins as I can mate a fag with them.

not good, whats worked for me a couple of times on other casinos when I've had problems is to flush the dns, from command prompt try

ipconfig /flushdns

doesn't work all the time, but it has solved problems of games not loading for me in the past, close the browsers first though

I disagree, my opinion is there are 74 people get free spins out of around 300, thats 25% get them, you spread it any further and you might as well just give 3 spins to everyone who takes part, there has to be some incentive to win!

I amassed 350 points within the first 10 spins then I gained no points for the next 90 spins and all with totally invisible icons on the reels. Could not see a thing. Hackers?

Indeed very strange mate. ..... you can't change bet size or active paylines in FS, hence they were credited like that.

I only realized it on the last spin as otherwise i would have taken screenshots of the wins.

The pick bonus round is based on the total bet amount, hence the winnings are x bet, the more you pick right and avoid the cross, the more you win. In the Free Battle the minimum was 0.40 (2 x bet), here i had 0.20 (2 x bet).

Also the near full screen of lemons paid only on those paylines as if it was a 10-liner, hence missing out on quite a few 5OAK lemons.

I reckon it should have been at least double the amount in winnings!!!

Certainly not nice that you deposit and then wager 500 to qualify for these battles only to be given the FS on just half the paylines

However, i am sure Dan will sort it out, got no worries about that
