That is when you need to go to you bonus lobby and forfeit the "active" 5 freespin bonus. You don't need to forfeit unused tickets

Yea it is a very minor nuisance at best, definitely nothing that requires a live chat session.

And as I explained it only happens when you activate freespins and you DON'T win a dime from them. If on the other hand you win something from them then it isn't an issue.

It's sort of like winning something from the freespins "tells" the system you have "met conditions", whereas winning nothing "tells" it "You still have conditions to meet".

But yea VS is the best casino around, I am sure we can all deal with a minor glitch

Yes same thing, had a few wins but only a few spins here and there, Not won one of the big ones, Trouble is it only takes a lucky spin and the rest of players are just about f***ed, Especially when its winner takes all, Manage to get some good hits that bound to not be beat than somebody else hits the holy grale lol

How do others play these battles?

I am currently first place in the 240 spins Twin Spin winner takes it all battle with some 147Euro (don't think it is enough but you never know).

The nearest to beat me sits at 103Euro with 75 spins to go and I noticed this person hasn't played the remaining spins for a while.

I am guessing that this person is waiting a while because the big wins have already been dished out and thinking that they will be dished out again in say 30 or so minutes.

When offered a £200 deposit match its a shame that WR has to be met prior to entry. I understand that any money spent on battles should not contribute to the WR of bonus but feel entry into battles should still be allowed.

After all any cash back, previous week race winnings are still paid and allowed to be used to contribute.

I'm guessing that the restriction may be more to do with software capability than deliberate prevention.

I was looking forward to some free roll battles only to be greeted with a message telling me I haven't deposited nor wagered enough. Even the chat operator agreed that neither was the case.

I have forwarded a screen shot to the support email address in the hope that they can get to the bottom of it.

I also checked whether I had any unfinished bonuses (had 5 free spins from a previous battle) but they all show as 100% complete.

My guess is that you when playing battles than you still earn cashback / and in the weekly race, & you do not get none of this while a bonus is active, I rekon there would have to be alot of programming to make this happen so you do not earn while playing and having a bonus at the same time,

If any body can sort it than VS can, But its not just about letting you play it is also about stooping you from earning the perks while having active bonus

i suggest to make the players in buy-in battles not visible unless you are registered to that battle. in this way more people will enter not knowing the scores than seeing a big one and be put off. this is in players benefit too because all the extra euros will be added on top of the prizes. MG is already doing this for the same purpose.
also under 'earn trohpies' in battle lobby there is a generous empty space that could be filled like in 888 tourneys with tourney notes, like rebuys cant be made oncce the late reg time run out and any other writings technical or else, even different polls if is technically permitted, to take accountance of opinion of targeted plaayers. also consider a different color than red for writing in chat, blue is ok and visible but red is not well matching the gray, another light color will look better.

I've only ever won cash once that was €13 and 20 FS is the highest on a freeroll I think.
