I also noticed the last spin glitch today.

It seems that the battles are really taking off now, lots fill up really quickly, and tonight I was so pleased to see a rebuy back on the menu :)

Just an idea (wishful thinking) but what about having a Sit & Go Sunday or similar??

Hi Guys,

It might be a bit confusing, but when you see 1 spin left, it is the spin you currently are in. When the spin has been completed it updates to 0.
So if you see for example 2 spins, that mean you have 1 spin left after the current spin.

Why is it like this?
Because we need to know when the spin is finished to be able to show the finish message after the spin has finished, otherwise you would see the message before spin is completed.

You could be right, Its like the free spins on netent games, I think one of the reason they do this is because the spins only get added once free spins are complete,

Unlike most where added to cash spin by spin

I am guessing here that had there been another spin, you would have had the bonus round.

Best way for sure is to count the number of spins you have made and if it is anything less than the number of spins in the battle, you know something is wrong.

If you hit bonus round on last spin, message pops up right after bonus round has been completed. The message probably lands ontop of the score from bonus round and is awarded to your final score for the battle.
 
question for the upcoming 400 rebuy tourney. does anyone that played last night know to tell if they modified rebuy to be like microgaming rebuy or still acts as an addon.

The same thing is happening with me.

That's 4 or 5 in a row now that have disappeared right in front of me.

Maybe they are updating their structure or something?

I dunno :confused:

Hopefully they'll be back up and running again soon.

I have reported the issue to Customer Service Rep Pekka who seemed unaware of the issue so maybe I am first to report. He is forwarding to tech dept :)

Yes this happened to me yesterday. I won 11 Euro ticket in Fruut Shop Tuesday night but worked 12 hour shift yesterday and it expired before could use. I contacted support who advised they expire within 24 hours when won in Battle of Slots and 7 days in normal play. I asked if could exchange for a 5.5 as no 11 tournaments available before expiry but they advised they couldn't.

I can't complain as was a free reward but is a bit niggling when you can't use. I can understand why they do this but a 48 hour period would be a bit more forgiving. Just need to bear expiry in mind when entering battles where tickets are prizes.
 
Playing a guaranteed game at the moment. Top prize started at 100 EUR and has decreased to 82.50 during play. As more players have joined then more prizes have been created resulting in a lower top prize.

Now it happens that i'm playing from a ticket I'd won BUT if i'd paid for the entry i'd be pretty irritated now to see the prize change during play.

I think once a game starts the proportion of prize allocation should be set in stone unless the prize is determined by the cumulative wins of the players.
 
The prize pool is split further the more players that join. As it is a guranteed jackpot this causes a decrease for all prizes. However once the £250 progressive guarantee is reached it would rise again. If you want higher prize at higher odds the "winner takes it all" tournaments may be more your cuppa.

I like the way it is as it means you still get a chance if something when amount of players increase :)

Has something changed recently?

I finally met the wage requirement for freerolls (just over 200 euros wagering). I was told by the CS I would be able to play until Nov 17th. So, I thought -- OK I will play some tomorrow and did not bother playing the ones that were current. Yesterday, I tried to play and the message kept coming up that I hadn't either deposited or wagered enough. Got a response from CS saying that I needed to deposit another min $10 to qualify. So fine -- I deposited $20. I have been trying to participate in these freerolls but now they are all 500E wager requirement??? I have asked several CS reps which battles I can participate in. The answer is always the battle at 17:00. There are no battles at 17:00 -- not yesterday -- not today. What happened to the sit n go freerolls? I know that I would have been able to participate in those. Are low rollers being squeezed out?

Needless to say after months of trying to participate in these freerolls and finally meeting the necessary wage requirements I am very disappointed.

i think you've been wrongly informed because the wagering req was always set for 500 and minimum 20 deposit. i stumbled upon this message few times and made the wagering in the meantime. now isnt that easy anyway to win tickets, you must be in top 10 out of 90, pretty hard unlike how were the sit n gos. still, it's something given for free than everywhere else.

It does look like they are freezing out the small rollers, But I think there is a reason for this, They do not want it to be flooded while working on the best solution, Its not good to be told one thing and than a next, The way my play is at the mo I would need to deposit 300 just to clear 500 requirement lol,

Hopefully soon it will all be sorted, If it carry on like this than they my might as well scrap the idea, But I guess they need time,

There are 2 levels. The people that have over 500E wage requirement can participate in the better battles. The sit and go freerolls would have worked best for me as I would have been able to participate. It appears that I can participate in the battles that offer only 25 or 30 free spins.

And, nothing is for free! You pay for it one way or the other.

i see. we are playing anyway. why not choose the place that give something back. cashback, race cash and these tourneys. can't name another casino giving half.

To enter the main event you need to have wagered €200 in the last 7 days and all other battles €500 in the last 7 days.

It was mentioned awhile ago that rebuys were going to change to a reset score format when introduced.

I see this hasn't occurred. Is this still happening?

To be honest I think they are better as they are as it adds a strategic element to make decision on rebuying based on current score. Personally I hope they remain "as is"

500 euros may sound a lot but when you consider race ladder, cash back etc it's reasonable :)

Remember the casino on average only get 3 or 4 euros for every hundred you wager. I know it may not seem that way during play.

I think they simply couldn't continue with free sit and go's. Think they were more an introduction. However who knows maybe they will come back for limited short periods :)

My advice would be to just gamble what you are happy with and on the weeks you do well then you can push to meet WR :)
 
Please don't misunderstand. I wasn't complaining -- just expressing my disappointment. I am not a huge gambler and only like to dabble about $20 at a time. I did deposit more thinking I could participate in most of these freerolls. They do give a lot back if you get lucky but for me that is rare. I have mentioned it previously and I still stand by it. This is a fun casino that does appreciate their players and do reward you. I just hope it doesn't change for the low rollers like myself. I am like Terry -- to hit that 500E WR I would need to deposit a shit load of dollars.

The first update is that you now can make a re-buy from the Battle lobby, this means that if you leave a Battle and want to do a re-buy before the re-buy timer runs out you can just simply click youself to the lobby and press re-buy.

The second update is that we have added more spins to our Battles so you will now get more playtime and value while playing Battle of Slots.

The changes are very good :)

I like the fact the bigger tournaments now last over 3 hours. It gives more time. The increased amount of spins also makes battles more interesting :)

Please please bring progressives back though (even if just one or two a day). It adds to excitement knowing a big hit can bring a big win to top few. This element of excitement is missing with fixed prizes.

Keep up the excellent work. :)
 
I had £0 in my account, but managed to win 5 free spins in one of the freerolls worth 20p each.

Sometimes you only need £1 as I managed to turn that £1 into a £200 withdrawal. :) :thumbsup:

I was paid in around 20 minutes too :)

Yes they pay so quickly :) I always get payment approved within an hour.

I turned a tenner into £90 on Immortal Romance and came first in one of the paid tournies. Got little from the frees but am in profit so can't complain lol :)

I just want to inform that NetEnt made some tests today at Videoslots.com and it didn't go as planned. We decided to cancel all ongoing Battles and we refunded all players who were effected by this while playing Battle of Slots.

NetEnt slots are working again and the Battles will continue again as normal at 13:00 GMT.

Thanks for the info Dan. I was wondering what happened to the Koi Princess $300 guaranteed.

I have really been enjoying the tourneys, I've played paid ones most days, and if I am down, it's only by a few bucks.

I'd like to suggest if you do end up offering Koi Princess again for tournament, do so with the Bonus bet activated. It's pretty boring playing it without it.
 
despite im happy with its current state, more variety wont hurt though. would like to see coming back winner takes it all with different buy-ins, frequent SnG freerolls and one weekly tourney with a larger prize amount of lets say 1000(i know it was in the form of 2000, then 1000 and didn;t worked well in terms of registrations - i was broke at the time :( - but only once in 7 days with registration time opened 3 days before start i think will do the trick). also i find it strange to see such low activity in the Battles compared to weekly leaderboard - needs more in-house marketing perhaps?
 
rebuy time ends right when late-reg ends. i wasnt aware until today, when i catched starburst 1e entry with 3 rebuys in last minute of late-reg. after chips ended no rebuy was possible. so the rest of you may need to know if wasnt discussed already.

Just a quick question for you Philip, what does "Satellite to..." mean. I've been trying to work it out and am unsure. Doesn't really matter, just curious!
 
The 100th spin feature activation enigma

Ok so very strange and interesting thing happens on the Gonzo 30spin battle, I'm playing I have 3 spins to go , 60c in credit, I'm coming 3rd only about 600 points out to take 1st place,
The final spin starts spinning, the last 20c in account balance has just been deducted for the 100th spin.... :eek:
I hit the Freespins by getting the 3 scatters , game opens the feature and suddenly kicks me out :/
I contact support and I'm told that's just how it is , I ask if playing normally and the same thing happens , with only 20c in account I hit the spins if the game would require another 20c to start the Freespins becouse according to cs when opening the feature or free spins in either your last spin or credit it count the 1st Freespin as a spin :confused:
Has this type of thing happened to any other players?

Hi,

These are battles in which you can win tickets to other battles. For example "Satellite to €300 Gtd - Freezeout" gives 1 battle ticket to the top 3 players worth €10 which you can use in the following battle with a guaranteed prize pool.

Had so far 1 x 5FS as winnings from the battles, which paid me "0" when i played them. Today was a lucky day and i won 9FS on JH2, result....... guess guess guess .....
