Perhaps this is someones cup of tea, but in my opinion this game is not at all suited for battles.
I know not everyone has played their spins, but when there is literally zero basegame and the only way to get points is to land the bonus, many battles will end with only 1 or maybe 2 people actually having any points.

Apart from the guy in first place, the 8 other people that have finished their spins have 0 points (me included)
So i guess it beomes a race to be the first person to finish with 0 points so you end up high up on the leaderboard, because some battles will end with everyone at 0 points.
Silly if you ask me.

Not to mention that any rewards won on this game is 99.99% sure to give you nothing.
This might possibly be worse than the collect games that are sometimes used.

Yes it was used for the monday madness as well. I had multiple entries where my 100 spins gave me 0 points.

I won 10 spins in the end, of course I didn't get a bonus so I got 0.00.

The all or nothing nature of this is utter misery and so bad for battles and a few free spins.

I wouldn't be surprised if someone with 0 points took 3rd place or even all 15 entries have 0 points after they spun :D

I already won a reward like that, 3rd place with 0 points.
Like i said, that slot is really not suited for battles.
 
I got 1 bonus in an hour and of course that battle 3 other people got bonuses better than me so I finished 4th and might as well have got 0 again anyway.

Takes the fucking piss really.
 
Yea when every battle ends like this or worse it is a real bad look for a slot...
I had 3 or 4 battles on mondays where i got 0p from 100spins, just awful.

I see (at least at Mr Vegas) they have made the pc version of the battles a bit smoother and altered the font but unfortunately for the slight improvement visually this keeps happening when I start the Encore, have to refresh the game and go back into the encores.

Same here on laptop, VS is very slow. ( But yesterday's Frenzy Monday was fast )
Maybe it's for the server update they're going to do.

Yeah that was annoying me, they kept resetting after every battle. Also the individual battles were jumping about the place and making it harder to select what I wanted- I liked mobile lobby up till now because it only updated if I changed battle type etc but with the battle type options resetting too its become quite annoying.
 
Why does my name need to appear at the top as well as in my actual position?

It was perfectly fine before this is just confusing and looks stupid. 9th place at the top? Come on.... Please don't double up our names like that. @Team.Videoslots

Im guessing its more for bigger battles, so you know where you are without having to scroll down hundreds of players to see where you are? eg 743rd

Perhaps you can change it so you get a commiserations message when you get 0 points in a battle?

Seems pretty insulting to get a congratulations WOOHOO message for 0 points. Along with telling me I can collect my prize? which clearly I'm not winning coming dead last!

That being said 'collect your prize' makes no sense when they are given out automatically a few minutes after the battle has ended.

Something I noticed with the change is you used to be able to pop up the battle window that showed everyones scores and spins then x out and continue your battle. Now you no longer have this option you have to reload the entire battle/slot if you want to get back to the game window. Not sure why that change has been made.
 
on the lobby where it used to say OPEN or NO WIN was better for watching battles now it shows 'final result' even when the battle is still ongoing i would revert that annoyance.

maybe just have it display 'LIVE' when still running and then change to the final result when it finishes.
 
I'd love to know if as part of the UI update you will also address other issues with the battle such as non spinners who make everyone else wait the full 12 minutes.

The last spin bug where getting a bonus on the last spin you can be blocked for playing it

I've noticed, especially with prag hyper mode that I'll get my full score and the battle end screen when I've still got a bunch of spins left. It just continues playing them out in the background.

The fact randomly at X:00 for the first 8-10 minutes of the new hour battles can 'hang' and don't finish so you can't join a new one even when it said your battle has been running 15+ minutes.

Seems like it never updates it to say 'finished' by itself now.
I have to swap to a different section then back to 'my battles' to get it to update.
And as you say it is a bit misleading to display a 'final result' before a battle is finished.

I swear I am cursed with this fucking battles.

19 battles so far and I've finished in the top 5/10 a grand total of 0 times. How the fuck.

I've finished 6th on bill and coin 3 times, (208 vs 209 points for 5th). Just now again 6 with 345 points when EVERY other battle that would have been good for 2nd-5th place.

It's just unreal how badly my I run. For anyone curious the odds of this start are about 1 in 2200 which means I would expect a run like this about once every 41 years if I entered every single Thursday event during this time.

Yet somehow I've had an even worse run than this towards the end of last year too.
