Forget any of that I just want them to make it so fucking battles were fair.

2 spins from sugar rush in 1 hour 45 minutes. Just had a bonus and thought I'd finally get some spins but no, 5x bonus and I finish in 11th place.

It's a total joke and waste of time.

This is really poor service in so many ways.
And wouldn't have hurt you to run both tournaments.

You cancel a tourney people already paid for and had good scores in.
I was personnally sitting in 2nd with a good shot at 1st place.
That tournament was working, you canceled it and you haven't refunded.
Not cool to lose your shot at €300+ in that manner.

Then you let the corrupted tournament that isn't working open instead.
And everyone is complaning.


It kind of speaks for itself.
But this is a joke and really poor customer service.

Could you please check with the Mr Vegas team if this is a visual bug or a prize bug?

Currently whenever I join the sugar rush encore it suggests 1st gets 6 spins and NOTHING for the other 14?

It's bad enough that only top 3 get anything compared to top 5 on Video Slots but if it's now only 1st place and 2nd/3rd get nothing too it's an absolute joke and not even worth bothering.

Because when it's registering it says prizes for 1-3rd places but once it starts it then only shows prize for 1st which makes no sense.

Edit: Just finished 2nd and got 5 spins so it does still give prizes for top 3. Seems to be a visual bug with the encore then

aaaand it's happening again.

I don't know I think the sites are both run by monkeys running on wheels because there's no other explanation as to how the site breaks in some way or other every battle/encore.

Not sure why people are playing the VS battles anymore I only play Tuesday Madness and the ones where you can get a free ticket (for Tuesday Madness), I stopped playing a few years ago, I realised sitting there for hours to win 2 or 3 free spins on some shite game was ridiculous and getting stressed up when the site crashed for nothing.

I used to love the battle weekends when they meant something now I look back and think did I really sit there for 2 days once a month playing for free spins for 12 or more hours in which I never really got more than a half decent spin if I had played a 20p bonus game.

For those who continue to spend hours trying to get some free spins on Lucky McGee or Supertracks Railway ask yourself if you really need them and do they ever pay much and could you spend your time doing something that is worth more?

VS will never solve the issues with the lagging of the site, they will never give you extra time as it is, in their words, a bonus and they don't have to provide it, they will never go back to the old way of free spins prizes or a 48 battle weekend with a decent 20p slot or a battle every two hours 24 hours a day and Mondays will always be chaos as having four battles running at once is almost impossible to cope with.

Yes I use to love them but now any fs you win are normally dead you see these great bonus rounds come up on the free roll games but play that game yourself it’s a joke video slots used to be my go to site not now continuously a dead site nothing to win there

We are upgrading our servers on Wednesday this coming week. We hope that will resolve all issues we experianced lately. Please expect some downtime while we are moving into our new servers.

After this upgrade, we will merge Battle of Slots into one big network in the coming months. Which will mean increased amount of players and increased amount of prize pools.

I hope this will work but as we know the issues with the servers go back more than " recently" In the old days Play N Go and Thunderkick regularly went down and NetEnt got to the point where you stopped using them for battles.

So let's hope this has been now thought through and a permanent solution will be found.

I was Position 33, 10 minutes before it ended, Position 21 to 50 paid €305

I have been in constant emails with their support and not getting anywhere.

Problem with the games tonight is Floating dragon has like no base game at all so you can easily have 20 dead spins. Scatters matter is another one like this.

Net gains pays a little but it's 10p bet and super flip also does pay in the base game but as the last game with just 3 entries chances are you'll not get any spins anyway.

So yeah you either end up with a big win or basically nothing with the setup tonight.

Edit: So basically went exactly as I said. If it wasn't for a coin bonus on floating dragon (shitty 26x btw) my RTP would have been about 12%.

Just a quick update on this. We did not manage to move VS today. However, the rest of the brands have been moved, which should improve performance for VS by freeing up more capacity in the existing infrastructure. We are planning to move VS to the new infrastructure in mid May.

I bet you will still play though, if the games are not to your liking have a month off.

Play N Go used to crash so they quietly stopped using them, the same with NetEnt, the last NetEnt I remember was Halloween Jack and they had to replace it.
 
Would be nice to see play n go more or even Netent again, but as said, they haven't used either for a long long time now (ok they might throw the last half hour of Monday battles a play n go but its brief).

i seem to recall (though memory is fuzzy), that they ended up giving up on Netent in battles due to the issues they were having and also couldn't get the help to sort them out from Netent themselves.

Thunderkick used to appear regularly too but have also disappeared (least i cant recall the last time a Thunderkick game being used).

They used to use them because they had cheap 10p games like Birds On A Wire, they could use Carnival Queen/2 as they are good games, but I suspect Thunderkick maybe long gone in battles.

They probably only used them as they were the original three for many years and when RAW came along they didn't need Thunderkick, probably the same with Pragmatic, they are pretty sound and easily replaced the problems of NetEnt.

Well just taking the month off is easier said than done with you have to earn 1000xp to enter which I already did. Though with how much I lost and seeing the lineup I wish I didn't spin this month :(. Do think I will wait and see what May has to offer first though.

As to play and go, way before my time so didn't know. Though they use it on Monday and it works fine so doesn't seem like there's issues anymore? I really wish they would answer. Every time I've asked about play and go it's just straight up ignored.

Right so you played to get 1000xp to take part in battles that you never win on and so just because you built up 1000xp that means you must play on those games that you stated you don't like to win free spins on games you don't like to not win very much and not justify the money you deposited to get the 1000xp.

Is that correct?

I think I understand what you're saying.

I got the xp playing Bonanza because I wanted to play Bonanza and a month of battles is worth more than the rewards (or lack of) other sites would have offered for that same playtime. I didn't play to specifically get the xp.

Now that I have the month of access not taking advantage feels wasteful. The important caveat being I work from home so I would be at my computer anyway. I would spin those 20p games and since the 10p ones are both sonic enabled it's silly to not enter them too anyway. Takes seconds to load up and put sonic on then switch tabs and let it do its thing. If i'm there anyway then why not. You're right the games suck and most likely won't pay anything meaningful but I'm not sitting there manually spinning or even watching it turbo/auto or sonic.

You see I have been there I was the one who had to get 1000xp and play battle weekend and being pissed off when I only had 995xp and only realised when I couldn't join in so I know how frustrating and tempting it is to get 1000xp then feel you have to play for getting there but it really isn't worth the effort just to play, if like you say you already got the 1000xp it still doesn't mean you have to play over the three days especially if the games are bad for a few free spins, just play on the games you want to win on, if I was playing it would just be Ancient Tumble or Gates Of Olympus the other games can do one.
 
if there is games like that we should need only 250xp :D .. specially when u get daily only battletickets freeroll also just a sad downhill this site but i still play sometimes here, but mostly i deposit somewhere else because they value their customers based on their activity
