Why: Human error.
In SNG 20% will be paid instead of 30%. But all changes are communicated in the emails.
That is the main issue.
There are no bots. Why would we have non-spinners as bot, it only improves the other players chance of winning a prize. Would be really stupid...
From this Thursday I am going to record and publish the happenings of that specific event. You can discredit me with denials as that is your right.
I'll document and post the realities, as is my right. If (even then) you still choose to deny the obvious then that is up to you. In my eyes, if it looks, barks, and behaves like a dog than that is indeed what it is.
You chose to avoid explaining away the example that I gave so it's clear how further discourse is likely to go in future.
The odds of 'every' single battle (10 man) over the space of 4 hours containing at least one legitimate non-spinner must be enormous. It happening more than once would be even less likely. But of course I am merely an irrational conspiracy theorist as oppose to a whiter than white representative of an online gambling company.
If it was simply a case of sheer randomness then why do you think 12 months+ of consistent participation hasn't yielded a single event where the opposite happens?
As I say I will post exactly what happens during Thursday's event and readers can reach their own conclusions. I am already convinced that I am bang on the money.
Naturally I don't believe that 'every' site wide battle is seeded as that would be impractical for one. But the idea that VS wouldn't have 'some' staff whose job during these events is to just use dummy profiles to enter battles to both delay and reduce the rewards/winning potential for genuine customers. It would make VS a significant saving in the long run so why wouldn't they for goodness sake.
From what I have read you have been diluting promotions for years and not just during the 12 months that I have been a player.
Something your employers should consider:-
Bet365 are far and away the most successful operator in the UK market. Denise Coates (CEO) is I believe the richest female in the country.
The interesting thing about Bet365 is that during my peak active years (08-18) they blew every online operator out of the water with huge promotions. Whilst every other operator offered fluctuating promotions of low grade value (generally), B365 had the same £200 sports welcome offer for years including £50 free bets (football) throughout the season and a £250 grand national bonus package. Every other operator besides them used to remove their offers entirely during that week.
Similar offerings were commonplace across their Casino/Vegas gaming arms also. Did it effect their profits? I think their status in the industry answers that.
Across the board promotions eventually dipped for reasons we all know. They are still the market leader however and this shouldn't be ignored.
They also don't fill their site with the nerfed versions of every game like your site does, and still they make record breaking profits year on year.
Justify it however you want but the UKGC is an easy scapegoat for companies such as yours. Maybe rein in your incessant greed, that's a start.
Instead of paying dividents to your parasitic heirarchy how about spending some profits on improving the infrastructure that supports the site. Quite frankly the site runs like any site would if accessed with dial-up internet. You should be embarrased by the incessant problems. Or you can just carry on blaming both too many players and mythical (whilst convenient) IT complexities.
How about not diluting the player experience at every turn just so profits can be maintained or increased. Profit may very will sustain you for a time (maybe a long time) but if you do so whilst inflicting dissillusionment on your player base, well this can and will only end one way.
