If it makes you feel any better I played it a couple of times in buy in battles and it reminded me why I barely ever played it.

Pretty much impossible to get a decent win in bonus. Either the wilds don’t show up or the target on reel 5 doesn’t. Had 4/5 bonuses within 200 spins in the battle and still didn’t place ?

You’re not missing much by not being able to play it.

Hello Reelsoffun,

We've just tested, and did notice issues with loading the game in some regions and some devices.

Our tech team is on the case already and checking with the game provider, and we can advise you try via phone instead, where it seems to not be facing issues.
The issue should be resolved before the battle tomorrow. Otherwise, we'll advise of game change if needed.

Never played it before and yeah, I got the same issue.
Just a black screen. I thought it could be something in your cache but no, since I never opened the slot it was like a fresh download.

Doesn’t really matter what game it is though does it because it’s a battle for cash.

Everyone has the same chance of landing at a given point on the RTP bell curve and the ultimate reward isn’t dependent on the vagaries of a specific game…unlike how it would be if it was a free spin reward.
 
Hello everyone, I was just wondering if anyone knows when prizes from the Pragmatic play drops and wins promotion are credited?. In particular the regular daily drops. (On video slots).

Are these credited to accounts by individual casinos or centrally by pragmatic?.

I won a small prize which said it would be credited the next working day but no sign of it yet!.

You will receive an e-mail from our support once the credit is confirmed.

Seems like working in different ways ... one time i was playing at kakadu casino and got a 20euro price drop , and got the same message as yours "

another time i got 10 euro drop and it added to balance right away
i spoke to customer service about the 20 no reply yet
 
What the hell has happened with the Tuesday Madness??? I had a great score on it a few hours ago, and now it's been totally removed and reset, plus no 1 Euro ticket reimbursed.

Absolute crock of S. Glad I'm done depositing with this useless place.

But it has been restarted as same game. Does not bother me as my score never even got me in top 1000 at time but feel sorry for players that had real high scores.

First time 29 euros second time 17 euros. So i lost about 15 euros because technical sh*t.
It's not a big money but they really should always make sure that everything works BEFORE battle starts. It's always netent when something changes so just stop offering netents on tuesday

I just noticed it happened the same to me, I did my spins yesterday a few minutes after midnight, I got the 1€ ticket refunded from the Creature of the Black Lagoon but not from the previous Reef Raider Battle.
 
You just lost at least 100 players. You probably think that a good place is occupied quite often. Well, I'm going to put you out of your misery. My best place in 5-6 years is 12th. Today when the battle was canceled I was 14th. To be honest, I don't want to imagine what top 3 players feel. Because as my example shows, you can play for years and not take a podium place I play pretty much all Tuesday battles. Today the spell broke and I decided to end this farce, especially since I'm not going to wonder if you won't cancel the battle if you take a good place.
 
they dont compensate anything. i hit level 100 just after they changed those wheel rewards. silver wheel was previously 100e (i wonder what it is now) and now gold wheel was 50e. how is that improvement for real money players? i sure am one of those players you lost. congrats! you got me good!

Hello Itaghai,

The battle with Creature From The Black Lagoon was cancelled before it started, and therefore the ticket was refunded.
When the battle has already started, as was the case with the first Reef Raiders, then the ticket is not always automatically refunded currently. This is a technical issue we're facing, which we're aware of, and working on fixing.

I've added a new €1 ticket to your account manually to refund the ticket used for the Reef Raiders which was cancelled earlier today.

The total budget wasn't supposed to be reduced but so far I haven't seen an extra cent that was supposed to be distributed to real money players when the battle budget was cut. I have also always been on the old booster so no nothing extra. Just cuts to my own game account when promotions are no longer available as before. Maybe some day i will see even something on the real money side that is better than before

Sorry, but don’t really agree, some games are luckier than others, so game does matter, I instantly knew l would place no where near 600th on that game Let alone be anywhere near top ten.

Yeah couldn’t agree more, to only be getting 50 now for a gold instead of 100 when they take 50k of wagering to get is a real kick in the teeth, im not impressed at all, cuts I get but this has really hurt regular players on original booster bad as it’s a massive cut with all the battles too. Worst thing ever was cutting the criteria to 1000XP all that did is made it easier for freeloaders at the expense of regular loyal players, it’s a very sad day when sky vegas are giving better value on cash back with £60 cashback weekly for only 10k wagering on their cash ladder promo, I never thought Sky vegas would beat VS on any promo with their history but here we are….. gobsmacked TBH. Terrible move VS.

Way to go tho on upsetting your long standing players that have wagered millions to get to the levels for gold wheels.

If Gold is now only £50, I shudder to think what Silver is then!

I'm closing in on a silver wheel and as you say, wagering 50K to get there, on today's games is no easy ride and takes a lot of commitment, time and oh yeah, money and loyalty.

Those (like me) with a pretty much pathetic weekly budget compared to most really look forward to these, which I may see twice in a year if lucky! I stick to VS only and play nowhere else due to their loyalty system so for me it work(ed) well.

I do appreciate the time and transparency Mr Wild shows us on here but sadly from where I am sitting all I am seeing is a vast reduction in retention based stuff for us low rollers and the only real beneficiaries are the higher level players or those who had the 'vault' rather than the original WB.,

As I and others have said on here numerous times, there is/was a much better way of cutting back or covering the cost of reverting back to the old WB. Remove Jackpot chases, Remove Clash of Spins, reduce the size of the 3 wheel based Jackpots, heck even cut Tuesday madness back to €12,000K added, anything but what they've done.

I moved from VS to Grosvenor and Pokerstars works for me and I get lot of free gifts, pokerstars send every week from £5 to £50 plus free spins, Grosvenor they have cashback and lot of offers, both casinos they pay in 5mins, on VS I use to get weekly free spins 75-100, now they dont even send 50p gift, shame they was top casinos
 
To add some bad news...
Thursday's battle got changed as well...

From:
0.10€ raw + 0.20€ Power of Thor Megaways (Pragmatic)
To:
  • 10-man Battles: Starburst (NetEnt) €0.10
  • 30-man Battles: Time of Chronos (RAW iGaming) €0.20

I'm sure we will have a raw game for every event from now on, but replacing decent slots after being announced is a bit sad.
First was Gates of Olympus being replaced with that blackbeard slot from Raw, and now it's Thor...

Edit: Also this new slot got a min bet of 0.10, at least should have kept the thor and replaced on the raw slot with the new one...

Yes, it's reels based, but that doesn't mean it's any good.
Raw acquired Leander games, their games were half-decent but raw games are just too bad.
Since this might be one of the raw games I have no hope for anything decent

I didn't say it was any good, never heard of it or tried it so clueless here.

However if that is the game choice then so be it, much prefer classic 5/6 reels slots rather than watch a gimped wheel constantly find the losing segments.

Shame also as Power of Thor can be good, especially if you catch the 'hammer wilds' from a reward which I've managed a couple of times.

Either way much prefer Starburst to McGee's - Got the top feature (After a lot of patience as it was from just rewards) from building up the Bronze/Silver/Gold pots recently and it paid £2.60. (The feature buy for this is 300x btw)

How can one game be 'luckier' than another if they're totally random? Any given game should present the same likelihood of a place as any other; every player has the same chance because every player is playing the same game. Unless you believe they hook different players up to different servers??

It's merely a case of your past performance on a slot making you believe that one is inherently 'luckier' than another. If you'd had a couple of 1000x wins on Reef Raider previously you'd be looking on it more favourably.

For what it's worth, I do know the angle you're coming from. There are certain games in battles that I can never get a decent score on, ever. However this is how it goes...our brains like to make us believe it's anything but luck because human brains prefer certainty and a formulaic pattern (a+b=c).
