I had a similar problem with thunderkick a while back and changing my DNS fixed it.

Don't think it's anything to do with DNS this time as I just tried changing mine and still can't load the games. Don't think it'd explain why it doesn't work on both mobile data and PC ethernet either.

Can only think the issues are account specific. I can open TK games at a different casino, so the problem appears to lie with VS.

Could well be the case as they work for me, although very laggy.

In fact for 2 weeks, maybe more the whole site has an intermittent lag where no matter what game you're playing, cash or battle, it will do a lengthy/laggy spin every 4-5th spin.

Well yet again I have just been reminded why you should NEVER have any balance on your account on a battle night, another £1.73 been used on joining some battle that i didnt even notice, dont even know which it was or when it ran etc and not even in my battles list. Silly me to think it was safe lately to be able to have a play with a balance while battling....... Back to having to force myself to remove funds before a battle, what a great business model that seems to be? Yes i know its not even a couple of quid, its the sheer principal of it and can just as easily be joining a much bigger battle.

And no im not gonna bother contacting CS just not worth it, I will just avoid having money on site on a battle night going forward which will save me a lot more than £2 LOL

I was about to message you and @Team.Videoslots to ask what was your position regarding autoclickers.
Basically, because I'm developing a spin recorder and decided to add an auto clicker for the UK players but didn't want anyone to get banned because of it.
For anyone interested here is a sneak peek of what I'm doing

The autoclicker is able to stop when you hit a bonus, after a number of spin or when you win/lose a certain amount of money.
Currently, it works for Relax Gaming, Quickspin, Push Gaming and Hacksaw Games, still want to map more providers before releasing it

(PS: The round id 0 for Relax gaming is because I tested everything on their demo)

Excluded from Halloween campaign and Easter etc and I guess VS is just going to do the same at Christmas this year also.

And now no autospin? This is bad, really bad...

Like you say the only thing affecting player experience in a negative way is the removal of autoplay.

Imo it would be dumb to remove it, autoplay is a good way to keep track of how many spins you do and if you set a losslimit you also keep track on how much you are spending which makes it a good way to manage your balance.
Many autoplay functions can be used to gamble responsibly, but they are only looking at it as a thing that promotes irresponsible gambling/overspending.
