You don't have to worry about slots running slow if the website gets overload and the servers crash.

Hi have we got anywhere with the Xp trophy and rewards yet as i am still waiting for my level 40 reward from a few weeks back.

With all the issues with the site thats going on and no improvement its starting to think the site is becoming more a mess than the uk government and is looking like i could be resigning from my position as a player there
 
We had some major issues last few weeks. It happened when we made improvements and somethings didnt go as expected and our team got an overload of issues to handle. There are still users affected by the incident, but the team is working as fast as they can to sort it out for everyone.

Reason for Monday Frenzy had to be cancelled was due to a whitelistning problem of IPs so we had to stop some servers and if we had continue to run the event, VS would have crashed.

To compensate for the issues, we are running a Halloween Campaign starting next week and from 1st November we will lower XP requirements to take part in Battles, not sure if the lowering of XP is permanent, but lets keep our fingers crossed.

The server instead of returning the value of the variable is returning the path of the variable

Probably someone made a typo and leftover some quotes and turn the variable into a string.

I did not withdraw anything last night but during the past few months, all my withdrawals have been like this.
Just contact live support and they will notify the payment department.
Last week I had a withdrawal stuck for over 24 hours.

Another vote here to remove the red tiger game from battle weekend, reason: it has no autoplay,
Suggestion: change it to Helloween (playngo) and yes even RAW is preferable to red tiger for this very reason.
 
There is a way to get auto's on red tiger for UK but its prob against terms and conditions so best i don't mention it. ?

yep, exactly that. Turn on vpn while the game loads until the red tiger logo appears then turn it off. Not exactly cracking the enigma code but solves a problem ? but as i say.. prob against VS terms and conditions so i wouldn't do it.

I registred for the tuesday madness in BERMUDA RICHES this morning, then I played som Book of Ra til my balance was depleted all fine and as usuall until I saw this...

Now you changed the game and my balance doesnt cover another registration, I suppose or hope I got my fee back but that wasnt anything I noticed while playing 0.4 spins on slots before, real funny to be forced to make a deposit if I want to participate in the "new" madness battle just cause you cant make up your minds.

Edit: And its This weeks not next weeks freaking ctrl+c / ctrl+v people...

I know you won't do anything about it but at last maybe look into fixing your battle lobby @Team.Videoslots

It has just takes £5 from my balance for a round 1 jackpot chase as the lobby 'Jumped' (highlighted battle reverted to top battle on menu just as I was about to register to a Frenzy Monday Rise of Merlin Sng

As a low roller who only deposits small amounts infrequently this is most annoying as there is no way I would ever buy into one of these and I simply know you will take no responsibility.

I'll take it on the chin but it was 100% the lobby jumping around all over the place whilst trying to register to the free Sng which caused this as I take particular care of what I am am doing with my small pathetic balances.

Hot and annoyed for now but as I say, please try and fix it and take this also as a warning other players.

It refreshed the table every time it wants to update and moves the selected game back to the first game in the table, pretty annoying.
But it's a bit weird as sometimes it's doing that almost every 3 seconds and other times it just does it once in a while.

That has happened to me, but on a Round 5.... thankfully there were only 2 people in the battle and I quickly unregistered, I would have been raging! I promptly changed my max bet in the settings.

Also, if you click the tabs.... Freeroll - Sit & Go - Upcoming
it will minimize mis-clicks.

Usually I do (not particularly through choice :oops:)

Although tonight I had a cheeky tenner which was actually giving me some game time and l-a-s-t-i-n-g for a rare and nice change, hence my annoyance.

Bust out now but would have not had it not been for this happening.

Ironically I scored 2,500 in the round 1, bet it is still not enough to progress to round 2 (not that I am interested nor bothered though :rolleyes: )

Edit: Then again won to round 2, I'd stop moaning if this mis-event lead to winning round 5 but any other outcome is bullshit :p :p
