This high street heist.. meh. it only seems able to pay pennies .. for a .20 game its quite poor. Having to unlock each reels glass centre panels and get a respin, i haven't managed to clear them all for free spins yet, but the times ive cleared 2 , 3 or 4 reels and its STILL not paid anything.

Hopefully I must admit i looked at todays list and thought it was ok but am not so sure now lol i mean, i like book games so merlin and tut i didnt mind.. the new heist i hadn't seen but thought it would be ok - a quickspin games usually ok. Not so sure now though with merlin and tut being tough going so far.

Probably because in the first hour it's just 1 slot and everyone is trying to join, after that, people tend to take more time to reg, especially those playing on their phones.
Also, as time goes on, some people stop playing, I guess VS peak time for players during the week might be around 6 to 8 pm (their website time)

Agree, besides Monday, last week, the battles have been running smooth, good job to the VS team.
But there is still some room for improvement, especially with the refreshing of the table that keeps changing the selected slot.

A 0.50€ slot for 10 man and 0.20€ for 30 man, 8 minutes battle for 4 hours?
If something is too good it often isn't true ?
I also checked the slot on play n go website and 0.50€ is indeed the minimum bet unless you decrease the lines.

Yeah the happy Halloween battle would be good. The wishmaster is pointless tho as the scrolls don't carry over.

We had some major issues last few weeks. It happened when we made improvements and somethings didnt go as expected and our team got an overload of issues to handle. There are still users affected by the incident, but the team is working as fast as they can to sort it out for everyone.

Reason for Monday Frenzy had to be cancelled was due to a whitelistning problem of IPs so we had to stop some servers and if we had continue to run the event, VS would have crashed.

To compensate for the issues, we are running a Halloween Campaign starting next week and from 1st November we will lower XP requirements to take part in Battles, not sure if the lowering of XP is permanent, but lets keep our fingers crossed.

Mr Wild please confirm the campaign is not what has been released recentky. It costs more money to get 10 x 5p spins than it is worth. These easter/christmas etc specioals are more costly than worth doing. Halloween night is the 31st Monday. I am expecting a class night

We will have Thursdays SnG, The 48h Battle Weekend and hopefully a Halloween themed Frenzy on the night itself.

Also on top of this, I would like to think we are long overdue a decent Mystery Friday, a REALLY good one such as a medlee from 2pm - 11pm (hint hint ). The more realistic side of me however thinks Friday will be those awful Rounders tickets.

To compensate the issues it should be some concrete stuff. Fair compensation would be some extra night or better games in some sit n go-evening etc. We lost an entire promotion a week ago. I think some mission promotion where player lose more than win is not the kind of compensation that many here thought.

So I'm still hoping that within a week the players will be offered some real compensation

I don't think demanding compensation ever truly has an effect on a business, as they'll likely just retreat into their shell at the mere mention of it.

And in the case of Freerolls and Battles, the bottom line is that they'll always be viewed as an 'extra' to the proceedings, not a player 'right', and even though XP requirements are a prerequisite, no one's forced anyone to chase XP (even if they're aware it's now become an integral part of the VS experience)

Two things that should happen:

1) Not run a broken site and resultant glitched Freerolls/ Battles system.......seemingly forever

2) If indeed found wanting for the 800th time, take it upon yourself to replace the cheapjack service you've inflicted upon your users and find a meaningful replacement as a gesture of goodwill....

Unfortunate then, that #1 and #2 left the building a long time ago, but demanding compensation is a wasted venture when a simple "We're sorry & working on it" seems to have the same effect
