Also, it's able to fetch the current balance and all the account data, so it's an issue when trying to recover from the last spin.

Please, go back to Leander for them to fix the bug where the game is unable to restore the previous spin or just move away from this slot!
The bug is when there is an error during a spin, the slot is unable to restore the previous spin and get's stuck in the loading screen.

The above three posts just about some up the wretched state of this once great casino :laugh:

Must make sure to peddle the latest Battles and Freerolls, as many are still experiencing long-running, supposedly 'fixed' issues!

Many cannot deposit, so how is one supposed to acquire the XP for said Freerolls ?

Many cannot withdraw, so the subsequent winnings are basically moot

* that is, when the site/ game/ servers don't crash, or one's profile page doesn't get whisked into an alternative universe

But still, mustn't miss the opportunity to peddle those Battles, as the site's in a terminal death-thrash. Enjoy the Battles y'all :laugh:

It appears my issues have been fixed just in time for the freerolls.. Thanks @Team.Videoslots if you had any input in this. It shouldn't have got to the stage of me saying i was going to close my account but thanks anyway.
 
@Team.Videoslots Can we stop having Leander games in the scheduled battles?
Sit and Go are fine because if it gets stuck in one lobby, the next one will work, but right now their games are all bugged.

I did 7 spins, somehow it lost connection in the middle of the 7th spin and now it's unable to load.

Please check the video where you can see what's happening.

 
Yes they should be removed from buy-in battles at least. I have had similar kind of problem few times in some freezeout tourneys. Just few spins left and shitty score so i didn't bother to complain but game just crashes and refresh doesn't help.
We can see alot of Leander complaints in this thread. Usually stuck-problems.

And this forum only represents a small number of the total number of players so there is much much more technical problems with this provider in total

Yeah, if you load the chat within the battle you see more people complaining.

It's a bug on their side, whenever there is a spin that needs to be recovered, the game just gets stuck.
I'm wondering how can they leave bugs in a basic feature that all games should have...
