Good job we have a rep on here, because from what there live chat and email support said, they won't refund me any of my spins.

But the rep understands completely and is looking into the issue for me now.

I'll update the thread when I get a final response on the matter. I did make it clear to email and support that the rewards had already been won and were stuck in the game,

but they didn't seem to give a shit. The rep is totally opposite to them and understands completely.

yeah, with frenzy battles we got at least 20 rewards in 4 hours, average 10€/$ worth..

and sometimes i was lucky, got 100€/$ winning from it in a good game!!

i played all 20 battles yesterday and what i got from all of them: 10 freespins from one battle, with a winning of 20ct!!!??

really ridiculous!! this new format sucks and sorry for me but this was only a waste of the day!!

How about you hire some professional customer service people and not a bunch of amateurs?

The vast majority of customer service across the industry is abysmal.

And for good reason, crap cs can fob off a customer complaint and frustrate customers for months until they give up. Remember, nothing quite succeeds like failure in modern business, where customer service is concerned.

To be fair to VS, I have found them a touch better than most.

Take LeoVegas for example - Withdrawal requested in December 2021. Request to lodge an official complaint from January.

Multiple communications spanning six months with LeoVegas customer support, who repeatedly ignored my request for an official complaint, and advised me incorrectly on a number of occasions - let's just say the support staff were not singing from the same hymn sheet - you all know how it goes because the lack of training is rife.

Got paid only this month, thanks to CM- eight months of customer support crap over verifying two cards not used in almost three years, and still no officially lodged complaint. I make that a win for LeoVegas customer support.

I know i sound like casino support, but the site does not work for me in 'normal mode' but it does work in incognito.
Was the same thing last time site was down for maintenance. (clearing cookies fixed it for me last time, just not bothered doing it yet)

Click to join the Blood Hunters freeroll, it says "Successfully registered" but then battle won't start nor 'resume' button becomes active.

You can in fact register over and over but that's where it stops.

Edit: and now just made £20GBP deposit which has not gone into my balance.

Well, from memory, battle weekends are always the weekend after the 25th of the month (if im remembering that correctly), so i believe it should be this coming weekend as the 25th is tomorrow. Im surprised its this close to the weekend with no news of it so far.

I've had the same issue a few times, eventually you will get a resume instead of register. Don't know why or how long it'll take but I've not missed a battle due to it. I couldn't register for the battle before because it was full but only 1000+ registered.

Happened to me yesterday mate. Log out, restart PC and router and it will work.

Managed to register and play the Forge of Gems battle

However after 100 auto spins, the €10.00 starting balance is still there and it lets you carry on spinning.
