Yeah just spoke to live chat and there in the middle of credting them now. They did say they would email me soon but they have no time frame on when this will be. Good because there was no way i was checking through my prize history for 5 dead spins on a 10p game. :)

Still have not gotten the win on olympus 75 free spins! What is going on with videoslots. This is really bad for a casino that casinomeister ranks in the top. You have to start fixing this shit its not acceptable eany longer! The players demand that you compensate us giving extra battle weekend for this or you will loose alot of players.

20,000 battles were played over the weekend so it will take time.

It needn't - they have more than enough examples to build the necessary reports to pull out the data of affected battles.

Shouldn't be beyond the wit of man to create a script to credit those things.

Any half-competent team would have it done in a day.
 
Joined just to comment on this outrageous farce this weekend.

No effort appears to have been taken at all over the weekend to workaround or resolve the issues - why not?

There was no apology in the rather abrupt post from @Team.Videoslots which is unacceptable - people have wasted half their weekends here and are under no illusions this situation is likely to occur again tonight - mainly because you've not advised there is a fix in place.

Comments were ignored over the weekend but promotional messages were posted in here. Talk about tone deaf - who is running VS, Putin?!

You guys really ought to come back with a better response than what you have otherwise some people may conclude this is rogue behaviour - doubly so given recent ongoing issues and change in communications style from VS.

Everyone involved in treating customers so poorly should be ashamed of themselves.

The battle reward issues are being checked by our technical team still, and I just chased this with them - they are still working on a permanent fix for the battle reward issues we're having and will keep us posted.

Please know that the messages that were missed were by mistake.

We appreciate your feedback and really do care about you. We unfortunately can't come with a definite resolution here and now to these issues but all we can do is assure you will make absolute sure to credit any due rewards for you.

The issue we're facing is also that not all the battles are being affected and so it isn't necessary to check all of them, this is why people are reporting the specific battles to us in chats and emails. The technical team are investigating the cause of the issues and whilst the permanent fix is coming, we will continue to manually check and credit but this process does take time as it's done manually.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

totally agree with this, just tell us whats happening even if it will be a week or two to credit spins let us know instead of having us all in a state of wondering what is going on, im a VS main and for first time today i went looking elsewhere whereas usually deposit straight away VS, just give us some clear answers even if they not good we would rather KNOW
 
Well it was very naïve of me to think I'd log on to my 20 sets of missing spins! On the Saturday Live chat asked me for Battle ID's but when I started reeling them off, they said, there is an issue with rewards paying out but all will be credited. No need for batle ID's. So I stopped logging ID's and stopped playing the battles. Not that I could get into any anyway. Like most folk have already said, a total farce, nothing new. Surprised to see Frenzy Monday still happening though.
@Team.Videoslots It would be great if you would put a notice in the news section so that folks not on forums actually know what's happening and explain what you are doing to compensate loyal players, instead of listing more battles that may or may not work.. No other business would expect to get away with this constant incompetence and stay afloat. I took a long break from playing at VS a couple of years ago due to the same issues we are still experiencing, lack of rewards being a new addon. Replace the Tech department as they're obviously not up for the job, take some downtime and sort your site out. Please!

Usually I dont write much here but I`m on the forum all the time but after watching all of this for months repeating and repeating and repating I feed a need to say something.

English is not my native language so sorry if there are some grammar errors.

I`ve been playing on videoslots for years, and only on videoslots (seriously only casino where I play), mainy because everything was running smoothly, withdrawals, deposits, games, any problem was solved quickly, etc. And then problem with battles start, first there were small issues with not able to join quene, then rewards missing, etc...u know what I`m talking.
So after months and months of all of these problem things are not getting better, they are getting worse!
I understand, you have problems with codding on the site, you had problem with quene then you remove it, fix it and everything works, and then again its not working!

AND ON TOP OF ALL THIS PROBLEMS YOU HAVE ONGOING FOR A LONG TIME NOW YOU DARE TO HOST BATTLE WEEKEND WITH 48 DIFFRENT GAMES IN 24 HOURS WHERE YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO HOST 4 HOURS THUESDAY BATTLES WITH 2 GAMES WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS!

Now recently you got problems with rewards and you are not able to fix that for over a month now and that is just something seriously amazing for me so here are some questions that I (and I believe everyone from this forum would like to get answers):

1. How is possible that company like you is not able to solve this issues for months now? Doesnt you have all backup coding where everything was working ok for years? Cant you just implement that into ur code?
2. Do you have apes working for you or serious programmers?
3. How you dare to ask from players to log in battles ID so you can add them to the list for payout? It is your duty as someone who make all of this mess to check every. single. battle. and credit all rewards to the players in matter of 2-3 days and not to leave us to wait our rewards for weeks (In previous situations I reported unpaid rewards with battles ID to your live chat, and guess what? THEY HAVENT BEEN PAID ALL)
4. Do you think that classic appology is enough for players? Without any compensation?
5. For how long you think to keep going with this?
6. Are there really problems going in the backend of the side or you are just trolling players, doing this on purpose and (not to call it scamming, but it is scamming when you look everything in grand scheme) players to squeeze out every single peeny from them before you just cancel everything and go into the darkness of internet?

And just to be clear, all of this promos are not act of your goodwill because people actually need to deposit and wager 2500exp to get access to these battles, so it`s not free at all! You owe us that everything run smoothly because that is what why people are choosing videoslots over other casinos, because of those "awesome" promos you have. Everyone where knows how hard is to reach these requirements to enter battles, people are depositing serious amount of money and losing it just to fight for those exp so they cant play battles, I also know that feeling when you have 100-300e but you are not cashiout because you away only like 500exp to get those 2500exp and you keep playing just for the sake of exp where you ofc lose ur money.

Only fair thing is this moment from ur side would be to repeat battle weekend in the upcoming weekend because that is what all of you players deserve after all the bollocks you have to us in last 5 months.

Please don`t start you reply (if you gonna reply to this LOL) with appology, our understanding and other bullishit you are selling to us lately.

Ah, yeah, just get back to standard 2 battles for 48 hours battle weekend since clearly you are not capable of hosting more than 4 battles in the same time or even better JUST CANCEL EVERYTHING, ALL PROMOS IN TOTAL, AND END THIS MISSERY ONCE FOR ALL.

After chasing the technical team for a new update today, we got back that they are still working on a permanent fix for the battle reward issue and that the queue system issue has been addressed and the queue system should now work.

We do appreciate your feedback on the situation and whilst I haven't heard anything yet about adding another freeroll battle I will still forward your feedback on this and the rest.

Please know that none of this is intentionally delayed, and we appreciate how understanding you have been always.

Vs is not a rogue casino and never has been, i have never had problems with withdrawals please use that phrase carefully as there are many casinos you will not get paid from, they do have problems with promos atm but hopefully its a work in progress and complaining about that fair enough. Rogue is a very strong word when it comes to casinos.
 
For the most part of weekend it was impossible to enter battles thanks to "broken" queue system.
How are you going to compensate for those missed battles?

About the queue system, I asked the technical team and they said that we should be good to go for tonight.

The issues that were addressed regarding battle queue system should be fixed. If you encounter any issues please let us know.

About the battle reward issue - the process of manually going in to check, credit and permanent fix is taking some time. We are unable to promise a definite time frame or promise an instant resolution here and now, we sincerely apologize for that. We will be sure to credit any due rewards, but this may take some time I'm afraid as it is all done manually for each battle and each affected player.

I'm really baffled if players think is site is rigged yet continue to shovel cash init it - fair play, u think it's true, maybe it is, but it's insane to continue then to play.
