Usually I dont write much here but I`m on the forum all the time but after watching all of this for months repeating and repeating and repating I feed a need to say something.

I`ve been playing on videoslots for years, and only on videoslots (seriously only casino where I play), mainy because everything was running smoothly, withdrawals, deposits, games, any problem was solved quickly, etc. And then problem with battles start, first there were small issues with not able to join quene, then rewards missing, etc...u know what I`m talking.
So after months and months of all of these problem things are not getting better, they are getting worse!
I understand, you have problems with codding on the site, you had problem with quene then you remove it, fix it and everything works, and then again its not working!
AND ON TOP OF ALL THIS PROBLEMS YOU HAVE ONGOING FOR A LONG TIME NOW YOU DARE TO HOST BATTLE WEEKEND WITH 48 DIFFRENT GAMES IN 24 HOURS WHERE YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO HOST 4 HOURS THUESDAY BATTLES WITH 2 GAMES WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS!
I mean, what brainiac have come to this wonderfull amazing idea to make battle weekend like this?????
Now recently you got problems with rewards and you are not able to fix that for over a month now and that is just something seriously amazing for me so here are some questions that I (and I believe everyone from this forum would like to get answers):
1. How is possible that company like you is not able to solve this issues for months now? Doesnt you have all backup coding where everything was working ok for years? Cant you just implement that into ur code?
2. Do you have apes working for you or serious programmers?
3. How you dare to ask from players to log in battles ID so you can add them to the list for payout? It is your duty as someone who make all of this mess to check every. single. battle. and credit all rewards to the players in matter of 2-3 days and not to leave us to wait our rewards for weeks (In previous situations I reported unpaid rewards with battles ID to your live chat, and guess what? THEY HAVENT BEEN PAID ALL)
4. Do you think that classic appology is enough for players? Without any compensation?
5. For how long you think to keep going with this?
6. Are there really problems going in the backend of the side or you are just trolling players, doing this on purpose and (not to call it scamming, but it is scamming when you look everything in grand scheme) players to squeeze out every single peeny from them before you just cancel everything and go into the darkness of internet?
And just to be clear, all of this promos are not act of your goodwill because people actually need to deposit and wager 2500exp to get access to these battles, so it`s not free at all! You owe us that everything run smoothly because that is what why people are choosing videoslots over other casinos, because of those "awesome" promos you have. Everyone where knows how hard is to reach these requirements to enter battles, people are depositing serious amount of money and losing it just to fight for those exp so they cant play battles, I also know that feeling when you have 100-300e but you are not cashiout because you away only like 500exp to get those 2500exp and you keep playing just for the sake of exp where you ofc lose ur money.
Only fair thing is this moment from ur side would be to repeat battle weekend in the upcoming weekend because that is what all of you players deserve after all the bollocks you have to us in last 5 months.
Please don`t start you reply (if you gonna reply to this LOL) with appology, our understanding and other bullishit you are selling to us lately.
Ah, yeah, just get back to standard 2 battles for 48 hours battle weekend since clearly you are not capable of hosting more than 4 battles in the same time or even better JUST CANCEL EVERYTHING, ALL PROMOS IN TOTAL, AND END THIS MISSERY ONCE FOR ALL.
