34 rewards missing. Your system paid out 23 rewards as normal so 60% of my all rewards are not credited to my gaming account.
I think you say you will pay out all rewards "automatically" but no timeframe when. How the hell i can trust that you pay out all my 34 rewards if this all is going to happen manually? There is thousands or tens of thousands of battles what you should check. I guess you won't do that.

That's why i don't trust this "full automatic credit" is gonna happen and i guess without any player's activity i don't ever see my all missing rewards in my gaming account.

Damn I'm so tired of this shit. Your battle system is unique you are only casino in the world which offers this kind of gaming experience and i love battles. That's why my surface has been very long because there is no other place where to play battle weekends and monday frenzy kind of stuff.

But almost every time some problems smaller or bigger. Week afrer week month after month year after year. And this ongoing issue isn't new it's 1-2 months old. You have had many weeks time to resolve this payout-issue. But no, after many many weeks this old issue seems to be much worse than before. Funny (not) and absurd.

So here's the list. I can send my ID's later too because i guess tomorrow brings nothing new and another 30 missing.
But just to clarify my message: Do you really think this is okay? I'm a customer, a player who should just enjoy playing and lose money

They didnt credit me any rewards yesterday, imagine only 3 rewards yesterday.

I think it's, certainly UK wise, more an indication of how average (at best) most other casino's are that gives them their (arguably too elevated position)

The tech issues are baffling - it's almost like at one point, something broke under the sink and they took it apart to fix and now can't quite work out how to put the washer back on.

Ill not be asking for my rewards. My time with VS is done. They will never get a penny out me anymore. Once i can no longer play any battles ill be closing my account. My RTP at MrQ is running 1.17 higher than at VS and that is after factoring Cash back/FS/Battles etc. So for those that think VS promo makes up for the lower RTP Then no it don't.

Yes some problems are normal stuff but never seen 60% of my all rewards missing and i have no idea how long they will be missing.
It's okay if 10% of rewards would be missing. Over an half missing doesn't feel so great
