Hi all,

As you have no doubt noticed, there were some issue with payout of rewards for some battles from late yesterday to this morning. Our developers are still hard at work resolving the underlying issue, and getting the rewards to pay-out as they should have been.

Thanks to you guys who have reported this to our support staff. This helps us get on top of this type of incident quicker.

The missing rewards will appear on your account as soon as possible.

Kind regards.
Team Videoslots.

1pm eastern time, frenzy Monday supposed to start pretty hard to do, when entire site down, 4hrs and counting, oh boy, LIKE THE BIG CHIEF SAYS ONCE GREAT NO MORE. ?
Harsh, they've not been great for a while; certainly since Mr Wild starting to justify 50% scratchcards you know there's no hope

And then they came up up with Mr Vegas and 90% slots so, the circle of life is complete :)

what’s happened i would be pissed if i had a large balance on the site right now luckily haven’t

No large balance but I have been waiting to launch my 9p DoA bonus since about 2.30pm :(

Plan was enjoy the wild line it IS IS IS going to deliver then get on Bonanza on the quids :D :p

Better off with Beetlejuice which has actually exceeded its capped max win. Unlike Borenanza! Also every win on beetlejuice results in a reaction, It's possibly one of the most underrated megaways out...

I think the game is alright, but i always have a really hard time landing the bonus.
Decent basegame hits also seem hard to find compared to many other megaways.
Like 90% of the spins have two scatters in them, but landing the third is like getting blood out of a stone.

Also despite the name of the slot its actually lacking in both Beetles and Juice.
Not the worst, could be better: 5/10 beetles.

Bonused Beetle Juice the day It came out with only a few spins

Excitement built...

As best I recall it didn't even manage 20x

So I took my blue wheel and ran and never looked back :p

*Will try it again now you mention it, one day when I have more than £20 in my balance, so probably late 2023

i would hope at this point they just do the battle night tommorow instead,
Would get way less rewards if they just do 1 hour of 4 slots tonight! :)

I vaguely recall them doing this before, makes sense mate

Whilst they're at it, they can also change that awful Expendables game, don't want sluggish Stakelogic servers bugging them down when they just get things sorted.

What I like about it is the consistent 1-200x bonuses. That was a rough bonus admittedly but it can really go nuts when it wants to. And I reckon is one of the best slots to grind as it's tough to bust on...

Can take a very long time to bonus as for base hits I've had 100x on this before. It's basically the predecessor to Spartacus megaways even the tune is similar in the base. If you like Spartacus you'll like this.

My best win to date on it and even sweeter is I was on a quid at the time :)

This is going to sound daft but is an idea of what happened that may have caused today's crash.

As some know they've been having trouble with the bi-hourly free rolls paying out the prizes, Play N' Go slots the main problem I believe.

They've been working on solving this issue and whilst doing so inadvertently caused today's further issues

Could be so, so wrong but just something that popped into my head which as I say sounds daft and far fetched but also would not surprised me if this turned out to be the case.

Doubtful - if it was just a broken site, they'd have been able to get it back by now. Rolling back to a backup would've sorted that. It's been down a long time and that equals lots of lost revenue.

My guess would be a Denial Of Service attack.
they have MR vegas on 90% rtp to back up their revenue lol

Yeah exactly i would expect they do or maybe move it to friday. And yeah i wish they would stop puttin slots in the battles that dont have autoplay. But i wont hold my breath :(

EDIT: nevermind then, Looks like us peasants will onlt be treated with 1 hour, unless they plan to extend for another hour. Regardless hours of battles will still have been lost tonight. I am fully convinced they will make it up to us as they usually do. Fingers crossed!

Hmm. Looks like the battles have been called off now... Hopefully we'll get them back tomorrow night!

Yes indeed, way too much time missed now and I think they got the message people have to get up for work and can't sit up all night battling.

Makes total sense to just move the whole event back 24h.

(Maybe some test battles early morning too :p)

And this bonus paid.............

£1.60

Think I preferred it when the site was down lol :p

Had £15ish sat there for hours, sites back, balance 20 mins, if that.

The games brutal now its turbo, even at 9p spins. Dread to think what hi-rollers could burn through on it since the update.

Thinking of designing a new super hero based on me "Captain Bust" and nothing to do with saucy bits either :p :o

Hi everyone,

Thank you for your great patience during the technical issues we encountered yesterday afternoon/evening.

We can confirm that the issues were resolved at 10.50 PM (local time). The issue was identified, and we will do our best to make sure it won't happen again in the future. Thank you guys once again for reporting and for being patient with us.

Site is up and running again.

Kind regards,
Team Videoslots
