Is anybody having an issue in the freeroll battles where you hit a Netent feature and the feature won't start? No matter where I click on the screen nothing happens so I can't start the feature. This has just happened on Jack Hammer and it happened a few days ago on Bloodsuckers.
 
@Team.Videoslots one small question.
Rake in normal scheduled battle is 10%. Screen shot says something is not right.
When i calculate 29 buy in's x 9 euros (because 1 euro rake) total prize pool should be 261 euros.
And now battle screen shows only 208 euros paid out.
Is this some battle screen glitch or have you raised your rakes?

my brother and I have had an account more then 6 six years of Videoslots ,all of the sudden the gamblinglaws in the Netherlands where we live forbid playing at Videoslots.Videoslots is not capable to change any gamblinglaw .I do not have any regrets playing at Videoslots.I find it a pity that my Videoslotscareer has come to an end by my own governmentWhat do You say about that if there is anything to say whatsoever?
 
There is something seriously wrong with the Divine Showdown slot, one is supposed to have 3 lives during the bonus feature... not just 1.

EDIT: What appear to happen is you appear to get 3 lives, but as soon as you lose 1, the bonus is over.

Upon further testing of the slot it does appear that sometimes during the bonus the spinning wheel doesn't appear and it just plays off the spin instead(leading to the spin not displaying correctly because the animation displaying the winner of a battle isn't shown), so there are chances where you don't know if you've lost a life or not because the battle animation doesn't play.

When i clicked on the prize at my mobile it showed i already had 15 fs running on Dazzle Me ? So i had to Forfeit that one first so i could activate my 15 fs on Dazzle Me
Weird but thats how i did it ?

There is definitely something wonky with Netents servers.
I get the 'slow connection' message every other spin on Dazzle me.
 
Speaking of slow servers.
Stakelogic games tend to be rather slow in the battles and the other week i noticed it kind of ruins it for all casinos.
Was playing stakelogic on another site and the moment a freeroll started on that Dracula game the site i was on got the same lag you see in the battles.
Checked again next time a stakelogic game was in the freerolls and the same thing.

Imo stakelogic needs to fix their servers if their games are going to be featured in battle of slots, not only because the battles are laggy/slow but also because the lag affects all sites, not just VS.

Back to the 20 spins. Not sure if it is just me anyway activated them and no free spins on game. Checked rewards and says used. Just pointing out in case it is a general error and not just me.

And no never went to chat as hardly the end of the world them not working.

I cannot see any signs that there were a widespread issue regarding this, so seems to be an isolated incident.

Freespins not showing up inside the game can often be resolved by trying to open the game in another web-browser, or clearing the cache & cookies in your current browser, so I warmly suggest you attempt this if you haven't been able to play these spins yet.

If this doesn't help though, I recommend you contact our support team and report the incident, and hopefully it can be solved quickly and without any troubles :)

Probably be something i did then.

I opened the game on mobile as well but no spins there. So when checking rewards i saw it says they were used not active so guessing must just have been a glitch when i activated them. Happens the odd time.

Like i said no big deal alerted you in case it was a general problem but seems it was just me lol . Guessing it was just the way i activated them on this PC.

Thanks for taking time to reply. Like i said it is not a big deal i am sure i can live without them and will not be bothering support for sake of a few free spins. Sure i will get some later from freerolls anyway.
