Well, it is not like the number of participants in a battle changed, so my odds remain the same. I've not had the "battle already full" issue when trying to join battles that show zero players, so no skin off my nose. VS is the loser here, but I expect that has been shut down by now.

I would imagine the only reason 30 men aztec battles were opened to all was because there were not enough canadian players and they were taking too long to fill so VS opened them so you would be able to play more battles.

I got 26 rewards altogether and made £26.60. There’s a nice symmetry to that...

That was helped with an accidental £1.50 bet on Aztec which won £3 odd, and a base game Piggy win of £9 which was more than I managed in any of the battles.

I would have been happy with £11, my thinking was if it pays for this weekends battle then job done

To be honest, if I would have been in this situation, I would have just kept quiet and let my fellow players enjoy the little extra. Plus, having more people playing the battles does not have an effect on how many you can play or what amount of FS you can win as you can take part in as many as possible and you are always up against 29 other players.

To the contrary, the 30-man battles probably filled up much faster with more players being able to register, hence, letting you play more battles than initially possible.

I'd rather have £1000 than nothing, though if I was top I would be a bit miffed obviously but let's see how the structure works out I am sure VS can amend it in the future if needed.

VS always had this everyone gets something philosophy and while I won quite a lot of small prices and had some nice cashouts from them I would prefer less paid places in the big battles. First place should be at least 10% and not only 3.5.

But that's just me and it seems others like it like it is. I remember in the race there were over 11k paid places.

No I guess it will change when prize structure is full 100%. Right now it shows just some 30% and thats why total prizes are just some 20K. Just my guess.

I am sure by midnight on Sunday we will have minimum 1,000 players if not 2,000. Nobody will miss the chance to win a chunk of cash with just 11 bucks.

We have another 11 hours before the battle starts. Most players won't have seen the battle at all as it is far down the list and out of view.
