I will join your casino, because they want open my account after I put a post here last year. I posted it because it took me a long time to receive my money after I won a larger amount. Suddenly regarding there concern my account was locked,and they said I self excluded my self ?

Hello can you please help me about my account, the account has been locked for over 6 months. They said i self excluded my self. And when I said I didn’t , I was told the team of responsible gambling closed it. After 6 months I tried to get it reopened again, but then the team found out they would close the account for six more months??
I think it’s really bad policy to make up their own opinions and accusations and to exclude people/players without actually talk to them.
I loved to play at videoslots and I was really loving forward to play there

And one live example of how volatility can make a brand is Wanted Dead or a Wild from Hacksaw Gaming, before this slot, almost no one knew them, but when people started seeing the potential and how high the volatility was, they started getting fans after fans and today they are one of the top providers, all their fame came from that slot which allowed them to snowball into what they are today.

You’ve hit the nail on the head there.. quantity over quality 100% and hacksaw is a brilliant example of how it should be done (even tho they also have some slots i avoid) lets see what the future brings with RAW and pray super slice is dead forever. lol

Well, I played the demo for like 1 hour and I didn't find it great to be fair.
The volatility isn't there.

It was available on mobile (although not now). So it's more likely to be a technical problem, rather than a regional problem.
And it is still available and working on mobile at other casinos although, still not on a pc.
So it's probably a case of 'NetEnt can't or can't be bothered to fix it, so we'll make it unavailable'

Pretty sure VS must be RAW at this point - vertical integration to produce some of the worst slots i've seen a provider make. At best some are 'passable' (the 20p Popeye one)

Jumpman casinos were getting them i think, does anywhere else punish their players by offering them?
 
@Mr Wild Regarding the lags in the slots that we spoke about early this week.
It's happening right now in the slot Bloodthirst from Hacksaw Gaming.
One spin takes like 5 to 6 seconds, then the next 2 are fine and the 3rd one, again, takes 5 to 6 seconds.

I can investigate further the next time I play.
Basically what happens is the server is taking time to send the response back, we click spin and it stays with the reels spinning for a while, then after 5 seconds or so, when the response comes back, the spin cost gets out of the balance and the spin is done.

I tested the same came in another casino around the same time and it was running smoothly, since both casinos have the same version I think the endpoint server is the same, but the next time it happens I'll compare the requests and see if there is any difference in the servers.

You're in luck, the Shinobi game is pretty much just a reskin of the Popeye slot.
They didnt even have the good sense to use brides for their Asian style reskin, everybody knows you have to use brides.

That list must be counting the spins from freerolls, looking at the list the games that are used often in freerolls are all in the top20.
Just did some google-fu and checked the most popular slots on some other sites and surprise surprise not a RAW slot to be seen anywhere.

But hey, maybe if they put them high on the 'popular slots' list they will become popular one day.

We have identified what is causing the lag. We have done a temporary fix while we working on fixing it long term.
Issue is connected with the net loss update.

There should be no lag atm, but let us know if you see it again. Might pop back during the period we working on the fix.

On this subject, not a peep why the Mr V 500 quid freerolls were abandoned?

There were a few rubbish 1500 FS in their place but would be better if you actually told players it wasn't on.

Also, they were 1500 spins, a bit of a reduction on the normal 2500
