The issue we have received reports about is a visual glitch after you have finished your last spin, the leaderboard does not update but the actual score is added and positions are updated accordingly. When these issues are reported we always manually go over the spins made to make sure that the player receives whatever price he has earned.

I think Robby's pretty adamant that it was just the 99 actual spins played out, and not the 100. So no visual leaderboard bug. Hence the impassioned posts...

I discussed with you 4 or 5 times by email now i m done wasting my Time and Emotions for nothing...

you dont want to understand me and can nothing do in this case you told me ok.... I think i have to be the Reason for this Glitch see the glitch its because of my PC or LCD .

The only glitc or issue with battles ive found is that on the last spin if i get a bonus sometimes it cuts out and the leaderboard doesn't update with that final spin. whether its a bonus or not. but after "calculation" at the end of the battle the score has been added...... For those unaware after every free roll has finished there is a 5 minute "calculating" period that finalizes any active rounds and adds them to the score. even in free roll sit n go. that's why spins arent immediately added to accounts after battles. ive checked when my last spin hasnt added to the leaderboard. always after the "calculation" period it has added..

i think that sounds right @Team.Videoslots correct me please if im wrong

The issue you mentioned this has been reported and our Tech Department are currently investigating this issue, and hopefully this will be solved soon.
