But it sounds like it's a game problem. Some game providers do have very "heavy" games. We can contact the provider and ask to try to optimize the game but unfortunately it will most likely take time.

It happens with all the slice games, I can't remember if it happens with the chronos and the new popeye game as well or not.
Those slots when loaded over consume resources (not sure what causes the problem) but I also notice it.
I usually do these battles while watching some videos, mostly on youtube, and whenever I open a raw slot the youtube video just starts crashing.
My guess would be something related with their usage of the hardware acceleration.

It doesn't happen with other providers, so it's something in RAW code, Leander slots are fine as well.
And for reference, my PC isn't weak, it has 32gb ram, intel i7 11th gen and a nvidia RTX 3060

On old laptop Tome uses 32-34% GPU while Thor uses 97-100%.

I just checked in my case, I'm on a Tome battle and the GPU was at 3%, when I opened thor it jump to 95% with a pick at 97% (I got my GPU capped to 95%).
Not even heavy computer games make my GPU spike this hard, there is certainly some bad coding in the RAW slots.

ye u need RTX4080 then u can play raw and some kind a I11 processor ,.. example i cant play raw slots my laptop .. there is one reason why i hope videoslots can add some other provider .. but no ,every second freeroll or Battle game is raw

Yeah I also notice the RAW games slowing down my PC too.

first spin you dont get credit on free roll, you do one spin then you get 10-20 credit, if you have money on balance you get charger for that first spin

Yes this is the case.

When you start the battle, real money cash balance shows to start with but as soon as you do your 1st spin, it changes to the freeroll / battle balance.

Play n'GO is the main one but also happens with other providers too, Iron Bank being the main one I recall, that game flashes between real and battle balance throughout the whole battle.

At no point does it ever deduct funds from a players real / cash balance though.

Yes, that's an issue with Play'N'Go freerolls, and as you said, it's only a visual bug.
