If I remember correctly it can take up to 8 or 24 hours to show up, I had the same issue with a red wheel but then it appeared in my rewards a few hours later.

May not be the case here but the XP wheels do take 15-20 minutes to update sometimes., occasionally longer but you'll get it.

What I have noticed myself when current level is full the level freezes (one point away next level) for a while and the XP-wheel arrives at the account in 15-30 mins. I haven't received XP-wheel for a while so the situation may have changed. But when I got special wheel (21) under two years ago it came really fast in ten mins or something.

it seems that these have a different system than collecting wheels. Red wheel example may take 3-12 hours to arrive

I thought they were cutting them back not halving them.

Seems all low rollers loyalty is being converted in to WB for the hi rollers or those who never benefited from the original CB system.

I thought wheels were being left alone once the BoS had been hacked to pieces.

As for the BoS, instead of the terrible change of watering the down some so badly and keeping battle pass ones why didn’t they cut the frequency to 4hr instead of 2hr and scrap the ticket ones altogether? Saving hundreds a day, without actually upsetting as many low/mid rollers.

Very sad times when someone as loyal as myself towards VS is now considering alternatives.
