If you want some more feedback from players and to save a chunk of loyalty budget, why dont you scrap the jackpot chase tickets including the free satellites, and even the clash of spins. I dont know many of your players that like them overall and prefer stuff that actually rewards the players fairly like the WB for example at least that is the more you play the more you get you cant get fairer than that, where as other promos are very hit an miss on being rewarded at all, eg the chase tickets where 99.9% of players will get nothing from them at all, no matter how many tickets you have won or been given. Just saying Also ( and might get some flack for this one ) but put the XP requirement up to 2500 again 1000 is going to just attract freeloaders to do bare minimum to get all the battles.

Like jono and others have said a reduction in the main 5 level wheels for silver gold etc would be a kick in the teeth for most regular players, when you can make savings elsewhere.
