Oh dear, what are they playing at... ? Even when they do finally issue the back-log of spins don't they realize all these minor glitches sow the seeds of mistrust toward them?? And to add it makes them look so incompetent and unprofessional not even keeping support agents in the loop to tell us what's happening n give us all a straight answer.. I hope the guy or girl in charge of these kinda things gets disciplinery actipn..
Also have had to own my own money to even play, you would think the hoops we gotta jump through to get our 2500 xp to play a freeroll to which they can't even have someone on standby to fix such issues it's disgusting if you ask me..
