Can you confirm the info screen for Dead or Alive 2 is correct and the game is running at 96.8% even though the original Dead or Alive is running at 94.03%?

Checking the game info screens for both games, I do see that it's off by a little bit for the game Dead or Alive.

anybody having issues with withdrawls. my mrs has tried three times to withdraw and they are being denied. chat says they keep getting stuck whatever that means. she’s fully verified and has done sow so no sow issues. they said try bank transfer or try card again later very strange this hasn’t ever happened to her before this has been going on for hours and they keep putting the money back into her account. the chat aren’t saying they are having issues but nothing they say makes sense what the heck does it’s stuck mean

Nope, mine was fine earlier.
she is still issues :( they replied and said her card won’t accept incoming payments which is confusing as it’s a royal bank of scotland visa debit card she withdrew from paddy yesterday to that card no issues so have no idea. they’ve changed her payment method to another card well requested it but that was like yesterday afternoon and the old cards still showing so her balance is just sat in account waiting for them to change card have no clue when they’ll do it, good job she isn’t a big gambler and is keeping the funds in tact till she can withdraw

i think it’s not good to leave somebody waiting a whole day just to swap a payment method to be honest it shouldn’t take that long and she’s also rang RBS and there’s no issues with her debit card so have no clue what they mean when they say the card won’t accept incoming payments bear in mind she’s been trying to withdraw since 12pm yesterday ?
 
sorry vs but i’ve never heard anything like this there’s absolutely nothing wrong with the card also how can she use another method when you won’t change her method and are taking the absolute P to change it sorry but come on and stop putting the large balance back in the account it’s not cool i don’t know what the game is here

sorry to keep posting but this is appalling after being told yesterday by support that the card will be changed within 24 hours so she can withdraw with that chat are now saying this ???. you know what it’s the moral of it really to be told the cards not working (bull shit) then be fobbed off for two days and then be told oh no actually you’ll have to wait till monday cos there’s no experts, she was told this morning that the payments team where currently updating the method. i’m sorry but this is a joke and i have to say experts needed to swap to a card over. ??? shocking tactics sorry but that’s what they are tactics. keep putting the large balance back in the hopes she’s plays the money down no chance she’s put a play block on now anyway. i am so sick of these casinos quickly take your cash but nightmare getting it back. yes she will be paid eventually but all in all a very strange thing to be told card doesn’t accept payments. and the lies chat tell to get people off the chat is not acceptable for a “reputable” casino :(

Their payments have become somewhat patchy recently - play using Paypal and been w/d'ing to it for about 2 years and then it says i can't, needs to be the card i used (as it's still active i just took it there) - now it's back to normal.

Don't know why it's so difficult - should be a couple of mouse clicks their end to allow a change. Don't see what the weekend has to do with anything -do they not expect withdrawal requests at weekends?:laugh:

strange very strange indeed the thing is they have the card down for withdrawls that she doesn’t even deposit with she hasn’t deposited with said card for a few months it still works she just hardly deposits with it, i’m lost for words though with them saying the card doesn’t accept incoming payments never heard such stupidity it was fine yesterday and bank told her it’s fine, so the withdrawls pending now again as she tried to withdraw it again this morning on the orders of chat saying try again ? and now until monday when somebody decides to put it back in account she’s got to wait for experts ?? crazy i just don’t understand how they don’t have payment people around on a weekend no wonder there was meltdown with the feb battle weekend must just be skeleton staff ? for a casino that size mental.

extremely disappointing from vs. still no help on live chat or answers or withdrawl. not looking good also they won’t let her withdraw to bank so the moneys just sat now pending since 9am yesterday. live chat as friendly as they are really aren’t helping at all. ?? bear in mind this isn’t a verification or sow issue this is cos the card apparently doesn’t accept incoming payments. asked to change method but they are making it impossible. they won’t put it back on account to do bank transfer and they also won’t change the card on file to the card that’s been used to deposit with. let’s see if it’s paid tommorow but if not gonna tell her to do a PAB as this is just not good at all

Patience is a virtue. You were told 'experts' would be in on Monday so at least give them until then to resolve. Pointless continuously posting as it is just going to get their back up, not helpful at all.

Also the games I play at times too (Wild Blood, Enchanted Meadow, Crazy Cows, same provider) , has a max coin value of 0.02, meaning max stake on those games is 1.50. Not sure if that was intentional or not?

This same problem has been ongoing for @Pervansarn since Christmas last year and remains unresolved. The customer service/support keep giving him the same story on repeat about the money being stuck or missing, and to this day remains the withdrawal that just vanished and I think he has lost hope of ever seeing that money again :confused::(

As promised I looked further into your query and I was confirmed that Riches of Robin was disabled by the provider's request however we are looking into bringing it back.

Regarding the coin value query, is intended since the bet levels are always agreed with the providers and they can't be increased.

Let me know if you had any other doubt.

Multiple reloads hasn't cleared it, nor has deleting cookies (Firefox). I tried in Chrome instead and the same thing happens, only it says 'unrecoverable error' instead of 'fatal' for some reason. Also cleared cookies in Chrome - same thing happens.

Any help before my rewards expire over the weekend would be greaty appreciated.
