I strongly disagree with any "no money" theory. A SE person needs money for food and bills as much as anybody else.
Should the state confiscate all their money and possessions too?
Other measures yes, "no pay" never.

Yeah but comps, boosters, fs etc are perks a casino is giving a player, they are under no obligation to do that.

We just feel that we are entitled to all sorts of stuff because we deposit more than once a month.

You're right, they're not. But my point was if you accrued the perk before the exclusion, why would the casino not honour it for any other reason than to benefit themselves?

There's a world of difference between not being obliged to pay it on a technicality and not being obliged to pay it on a technicality but putting the customer first and honouring it as good will. The WB money would have been added to the account on the Friday anyway so my point is, had the exclusion happened on the Friday, the money in the account would have been returned to the customer as per normal procedure.

Also, not all people who exclude/gamstop will be problem gamblers per se. I wanted a fixed six month period with no temptation to play. So rather than exclude individually I used gamstop. I personally haven't even thought about wanting to try and log into any of my accounts over the last 3/4 weeks and have just gone about my life as normal.

You make a dozen of post for 4€ ,do you realy need the money that hard??

Oscar, you miss the point entirely. I've repeatedly said I'm not bothered about my personal WB payment. They can donate it to a cats home for all I care.

It was more the general principle. Admittedly this may be hard to understand for some people, but not everything is about money.

Hi TeamVideoslots,

Just in case the link is removed and no one has a clue what is being talked about

Last night I deposited 25€ to videoslots and played Magic Mirror Deluxe II and at one point slot went crazy. I was wining and raising bet from 0.20€ to max bet and won about 9000€...

I have withdrawn 8200e and continued playing with the rest for 4-5 hours... Suddenly I was logged out and message popped out saying they deactivated my account...

I contacted them and they said that my account was malfunctioned and they are fixing the problem.

Few hours later I got mail that I can now log in and all of my winings are removed due to some technical problems. And even my initial deposit is gone!!

Part of their answer:

"What had happened is that we had technical problems with the game provider Edict. All bets that have been made from this provider the last 48 hrs are void. All winnings have therefore been deducted from your account and the bets have been paid back. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you." - Linus S

Really @Videoslots???? Linus????

First time I win big after loosing there too many times and now they take it all away from me?

I really can't believe this is happening, or how and why...

I'm pretty sure already that I'll never see 1 cent of that money no matter what I write and say.

Just want to hear your opinions and warn you not to play (lose) there...

and a latest post

Same thing happened to me but even worst.

On Friday i won 2 k euros on Fruit Mania /Arabian Nights . In chest game i had 3 question marks and made a top ladder (made a ps). I thought to myself finally i got lucky after around 100 k lifetime loss on various casinos. And it all went smooth i cashout 2 k euros.

And yesterday i decided to make a little deposit (13 euros) i was playing 10/20 cents on Rasputin, Bonanza, Danger High voltage and Gold cup.

I managed to reach 200 euros and in the middle of the play my account gets deactivated.

I contacted support and they told me they are having some technical issues that will be solved that day. I thought to myself fine until i recived phone call from Private number. On the other end of line was Videoslots representive and he told me i had to return 2 k euros that i won on Fruit Mania or they will contact police.

He was so rude! So i contacted live support. They told me same thing without any proofs and they were so offensive towards me too. They didn't give me any explanations whats so ever. All they told me there was technical issue and you didn't need to win 2k euros, you have to return money or we will contact Police.

I been gambing for around 15-16 years and i been loyal Videoslots customer for 3 years and i never experienced such treatmant.

Was there mistake last week when i lost 200 euros within minutes? Whats the point of playing Casinos if they can take your winnings if there was 'issue' in their system.

They can say whatever they want but i won if fair and square.

So yesterday i recived email from Videoslots that my account is unlocked and my balance was reduced from 200 euros to 39 euros (in attachment)

I am still under shock with all this non sence! If they can treat me like this and do this kind of stuff where is a point in playing online Casinos.

They told me that they had issues with Edict provider as far as i know Fruit Mania/Arabian Nights is uner Gamomat

Hope you guys are going to support me!

It’s certainly bad form if they’ve paid out winnings but later ask for them back under threat of legal action. Unless the player has done something deliberately dodgy themselves.

(Though I’d err on the side of the casino if they paid out in error, e.g. withdrew £1k and paid 2x £1k)

Is that a genuine exchange with VS Customer Service? 'Give us our money back or we'll go to the police'?

Interested to hear what @Team.Videoslots have to say about this.

Killed the link - nothing stopping you quoting the post there and attributing it by name to CG:

FTR a player had play voided at Videoslots as Merkur games were allegedly malfunctioning at the time...

Several players by the looks of it, and now apparently including menacing interactions with CS for recovery of funds already paid to a player.

If what was posted is true and the responses from CS correct, I'm amazed no one on here has mentioned anything about it. I know a lot of people play Merkur games so surely they would have either had winnings removed, or losses paid back?

I would like to hope that isn't a legitimate online chat that actually happened. I'm erring towards it not being but if it is, VS have absolutely no legal standing to be even making threats like that. Even if the player had done something dodgy, it would likely be ruled the casino should have run the appropriate checks before sanctioning the payment.

Until VS chip in with their side, I'd take this with a pinch of salt.

Well I played Merkur games on Saturday and lost £200.

I just finished a chat with VS to ask for a refund and they are refusing, citing that the games I played were not affected (Knights Life and Railroad).

Incidentally, both games are not available any longer at this moment in time. Coincidence?

@Team.Videoslots care to look into this and let me know when my refund of £200 plus apology will be made - thanks
