Just a heads up of my troubles with this casino (other that well below normal RTP)
It is very rare I get a cashout here but I have deposited over a hundred times in the last few months, in fact losing a small fortune lowballing finally got me an email from the loyalty manager who gave me 50 spins toward the race.
Anyway my debit card along with ID and prrof of address have been verified from the off and so finally today I come to make a small cashout and guess what, no can do.
It says my DC needs verifying!
So I wnet to chat in a blaze and what they said just made me all the more angry.
"You have entered too many digits so you need to reverify your card"
WTF? Seriously? to many digits? WTF are you talking about?
Apparently, although this wasn't made clear in chat, it is because I entered the wrong number once (transaction denied of course)

Now how does that make my verified card illegitimate in any way?
And why are they allowing me to make dozens of losing deposits with said card if they are worried about verification?
Better still why did they never inform me of any of this?
But wait, I am also verified with my skrill account so I will use that - nope!
Won't even let me do that.

So this how you are rewarded for depositing dozens of times a week at videoslots, nice.

I have used one debit card for all transactions. deposits and withdrawals which has been verified from the start along with my address, ID and Skrill account yet when I come to withdraw I can't because Videoslots arbitrarily decide I have to reverify for no reason other than a typo was made once?
My Skrill account is verified also but I can't withdraw to that either.
On top of that have accepted dozens of deposits without any issue and only have an issue with cashout.
At no point did they tell me there was any issue that needed rectifying.

Previously I was using Skrill in the main but when I tried to cashout to Card they told me I had to use Skrill until my deposits with my card totalled more which is why I started using my card in the main and now they say I have to reverify the same card I have always used and can't cashout to Skrill.

You seem to be the kind of player that gets frustrated quite quickly and gets very explicit with his language. Calm down dude. Please keep in mind that we have a very unique environment here where not only players and affiliates but also casino-reps and other igaming-reps are present. Therefore there need to be rules in place which contacting the relevant rep when an issue occurs is a very important one. If the forum would be primarily used to bitch and moan about bad sessions and some minor issues with withdrawals I would probably be far less active.

I think the way the admins try to maintain a middle ground between players and reps is really good. If there would be tons of players like you the reps would be p***** off very quickly and that wouldn't be for the players benefit. So again, slow down man.

Thanks mate. I got to near 50 only to learn I had a heart condition since birth! It was an extra neuron that was not needed which made the heart rate beat up to 265 per minute. They burned it out now so I can get back to health and the gym Over the past few months I had a few proper heart racing moments waiting for the last scatter to pop in and those fecking harps in JATB near finished me off!

I hear you pal. I also need heart surgery at some point due to leaky valve. They don't want to do the surgery yet but cardiologist advises it is highly likely I will need it within the next few years. Either replacement or repair. Dreading it lol. It's that whole "will I wake up" thing!

I presume your on betablockers? I was diagnosed with a condition called Wolff Parkinson White back in October which was a complete shock. I too worried about the wait for surgery but these docs know what they are doing. If your condition changes they will change their view on the waiting time for surgery. This is what happened to me. I presume yours will be keyhole? If so it is not that bad a procedure at all. As for the "will I wake up " thing. Everyone on the ward I was in made it back post op and where groggy but fine. And if things go wrong you have the very people operating on you there to put it right. Modern medicine and technology is a true marvel

Thank you for your reassurance. It is comforting to speak to someone who has been through heart surgery. I hope mine is keyhole when it happens although Cardiologist says that would be up to surgeon to decide as it depends on a case by case basis as to whether they can repair via keyhole.

I was lucky enough to be in very good shape before the heart condition showed itself and the only advice I was given was to keep myself as active as possible. The Mrs was not best pleased with my demands!

Waste of time, most likely! I have had NO issue problem whatsoever with Videoslots. They are excellent casino and it did exceed my expectation! Their RTP on any slots are reliable even on high variance one and fair game. Don't see any issue problem yet. Even if I was a rep, I would have put on shining boot and boot that idiot (JackMack) out of casino!

Videoslots are doing a lot right!

I have noticed perhaps little less quality support on live chat over the last 2 months but on par with most quality operators.

The VIP host and comms I don't quite get it seems a little random. I am probably 58k usd deposits since Dec 2015 or there abouts. Which is probably middle of the road but feel that the VIP team are little more reserved with comms and "goodies" than others.

Still a quality operation in most aspects... Thumbs up!
