Videoslots gives fewer rewards/bonuses to high rollers?

Just noticed that when I use to deposit smaller amounts like $50 - $100 and made smaller wagers, I would frequently get offered x2/3 CashBack and sometimes free spins.

In the last 2-3 weeks, I started depositing/wagering more. At other casino like 32Red Group, FortuneLounge and VPL (can't remember all the names) I started receiving better bonuses offers....Actually there weren't necessarily better, but they were higher (ie. instead of 50% bonus up to $100, it would be 50% bonus up to $1000).....

VideoSlots went in the opposite direction. The only reward I've received this past week is a 10% match bonus up to $10. Not even worth the time to read/adhere to the T&Cs that must go along with it in my opinion.

Is VideoSlots giving out less Rewards to everyone? Maybe their going downhill idk???

Perhaps the better Reward offers to low-rollers (or new members) are just there to try and encourage them to deposit/wager more, but once they do, the Rewards stop??? Interesting strategy perhaps!

I can't imagine VideoSlots are going downhill and/or trying to encourage lots of new or low-rolling/depositing players whilst abandoning the higher rollers/depositors.
They are the highest rated casino on here (and with good reason), and always come across as very customer-focused. Perhaps this is just a hiccup in the system on their part, you could contact the rep on here, who is extremely good, and ask for more information.

I honestly don't think for a second they would be new-player/low-roller/depositor biased :D

Their reward/achievment system should be explained better on a link at the casino!! Spins +wins bar?? loyalty bar stuck at 12 after 40 some deposits?? how did I get to loyalty#12?
Europeans are getting better rewards than canadians, I am sure of.
I think after getting 7 wins in a row on certain games you get an achievment but it is hit or miss.
I low roll and rewards have completely dried up.
I am getting trophies for 20000 spins or 10000wins or 1000 wins on ts2 but no rewards.

From my understanding trophies are totally worthless.

I do agree with the better explained part though. Especially cashbacks. They say that they give back 25% of their total profit but that's not clear at all.

If I lose $100 on a slot and when I close it says that I just earned $0.40 in cashback...how is that calculated? Is it a fraction of the profit that they have made the previous day? If not, how the hell do they know how much profit they'll make during the day so that I deserve $0.40 for that session? And even if it's the previous day, how do they know if other people will play (or not) so that my "piece of the pie" is $0.40?

For this system to work, it cannot give me the exact amount that I earned after each session. It needs to wait until the end of the day then look at how much money they have earned and then share 25% among the players according to their wagering history for that day.

Official explanation is unclear, at best:

We at Videoslots.com give back 25% of our daily profits to our players. This is awarded by percentage, the more you have bet during the day, the bigger piece of the pie you get.

I have thought of this my self, There is no possible way they can tell, Even if it was the days before than how do they no who is going to win what?

Its nether been very clear from what I can see

My interpretation of the 25% CB scheme is that it works just like Loyality points. They just decided to make it confusing and call it CASHBACK instead.
