So, recently Videoslots tried to surpass some of the covid concerned added gamblings laws for the Swedish gambling license wich gave players with max limit of 5000 SEK weekly deposits /500 €*

To be able to "cancel" old withdrawals made to surpass the 5000sek max depo limit with depositing back old withdrawals.

Now they got fined by Swedish inspection agency, and i lost alot of money on this stuff, what shall i do you think try get my money back that i lost above this limits or no?

Hmm a 250 000 sek fine per week ( 25000€ ) untill issue is fixed. For a giant like videoslots that seem like a rather small fine, maybe they profitt more from doing this then fixing it.

This was a rule inplemented just as a political show off as if they cared about players. The most stupid one so far so I would never blame VS for trying to bypass it. They were smart.
You could only deposit that amount to one casino, but you could go on to the next, and the next again to just continue playing. How is that protecting anyone?
We also know that we can play outside in casinos without Swedish license with no limits.

It's fixed already so I don't think they had to pay anything in fines either.

I'd guess that the fine is small because the number of people it could impact would also be small. As is states reverse withdrawals could date back two months, this will largely be people who have won substantial sums, but are limited in the amount they can withdraw under VS rules. So the same wouldn't have been possible under UKGC licences, as they cannot cap withdrawals.

So essentially, the only people impacted would've been high rollers, or people who'd won huge amounts and were trying to play them back. Can't be huge numbers of either.
