Video slots not taking SE serious

So I’m new at the forum but I’d like to file a complaint against a videoslots because they acknowledged the fact that I self excluded myself back in 2018, yet they allowed me to gamble with the same account during the summer of 2021 and I lost a lot of money approximately €10,000.

They even went as far as taking my official complaint, and then they would tell me that I was in the wrong, and they did not care about the end of the situation.

I honestly struggle with gambling abuse for the last 20 years of my life and I have let most the embling sites know this and they should not allow me to gamble anymore. I asked for a refund, but they denied it.

(When there is an active PAB, the general rule is that the player can't also have a thread on the forum as it complicates the issue.)
