Sorry if this isn't the right place but I won £7,000 this morning on Dead or Alive and the woman on the live chat told me that I can only withdraw £2,000 a day and a maximum of £5,000 a week, I cant say I've ever come across such low limits before and It's going to take until well into next week to get all of my winnings.

Does anyone know if/how I can speed it up? The woman seemed adamant there's nothing she could do, but to be honest with you I don't quite believe it. Say someone won a jackpot, would they be sat there 3 times a week requesting 2k, 2k & 1k for the next however long?

Find more info on Vera & John in our official review.

Try to escalate it to a supervisor / manager.

If you don't get anywhere, don't play it back but instead use the responsible gambling tools to prevent you from doing so. Loss limit may be best if you set it low enough.

The minimum payout amount is £10. Dumarca reserves the right to restrict payouts to £5,000 per week. Upon requesting a withdrawal of winnings exceeding £100,000, Dumarca reserves the right to payout the requested amount incrementally over 10 consecutive months, with one payout each calendar month. Dumarca further reserves the right to impose fees on withdrawals. Further external banking processing fees may apply from time to time.

doesnt say anything about a daily limit, i presume you are verified?
they have a rep here don't they, maybe contact them as it doesnt say it is £5k per week, just they might.

The review on here seems to need updating

No Skrill supported yet (in the works)
€20,000 monthly withdrawal limit
No UK players

All those seem to be wrong.

It does also state

Payout limits
€2,000 per transaction max €20,000 per month, special payout limits for winnings of €100,000 and more.

but I cant see the 2k limit in the t&c's, and it doesn't say per day just per transaction.

I've reported this comment to get the review looked at

Terrible in this day and age a casino like Vera & John having such low withdraw limits! In fact its a joke. I would have bust that limit last week with my withdraws ... made a note not to play at Vera & John now I know they have such miserable low withdraw limits. To the OP dont play it back! See if they can lock the withdraw, which they should do unless they are hoping you reverse it all back ?

I agree with the others, don't touch that money and try to talk to a manager! The girl of the support only does what she's told. They're trying to push you to gamble your winnings again.

Cheers for the replies folks, I've just sent their rep on here a PM.

I've been playing online for 9 years now and this is literally the lowest limits I've ever come across, i'll be closing my account once I've received my winnings.

Got no reply from their rep on here.

Just received this email from their support.

I've updated the review here: Vera and John Review.

20k per month = 5k per week, which they always have had, so there should not have been too much of a surprise there. If there are more discrepancies, then please let me know. Thanks!
