Vegas Regal Cash out is turning into a nightmare.

Nope, its just 50 bucks.

Doesn't matter. It's money, and it's yours. It could be 500 bucks or 5,000. Same principle. At least with 5,000, we generally know what the policies are with regard to how such sums are paid. For 50 bucks, the casino should be erring on the side of cashing you out TOO fast, since it really is a small amount in absolute terms, but the goodwill they generate from doing so reaps rewards later on. JMHO.
 
Hi everyone I play heap often at Vegas Regal and just wanted to pitch in with a experience. Firstly, I want to say I'm in no way green-lit for cashout delays as "acceptable" or "required" - we both know neither is true in properly perfect world zero mistakes made sure.

But / play at LOTS of online casinos, and I just can't read this thread {where valid points made sure thing} but I just shake this feeling that Vegas Regal is getting a unfair perhaps grill here. if in vacuum may be fair. Relating to industry {which we all KNOW are horrible for cashouts and I would guess we all know why for this}.

I take look full list casinos I gamble at and cna say how they payme out my winnings in past if anyone is interested, Vegas Regal is just consistently at the top if one compares them all for everything worth comparing. includes cashouts.

Whilst I think every single world online casino has no real excuse in not adding the 3Dice Safe concept for cashier, and I also think VegasRegal could improve their speeds sure, if every online casino in the world was honest and paid out like honest men {even if slower than perfecting world}, oh my oh my I would be so happy I might cry. ANd I would have so much more which has been stolen by DIShonest competitiiors.

I just look in my cashier area now - I hope no one mind me showing this, i only show to say my arguement better,

Friends and fellow online gamblers, this is really not horrible cashier. I have run my head into virtual casino and felt more dumb then usual for long tme after, i have seen BIG online casinos very rich with big names and recommended here even who lie to you to deceive, who play naughty tricks to try and never let you leave with win, who make the cashout longer with stories that sound maybe true but after hearing same stories over again and over again you know you are being made a goat. so many dirty tricks so much frustration and often no willing friendly hear to help.

Give me online VegasRegal with some probably it seems honest delay over so so many non-honest tricky and bad casino who rob you on the Slot then try to rob you again when you not even on the Slot. and you wonder how many other ways i do not know maybe you robbed me too, you wonder and feel sick. you know?

ok too long but just want to bring bit of fairness of my story maybe. thank you all.
 
Sam - after reading your remarks it seems you are OK with 5 -7 day cashouts - and its a personal choice, but you are absolutely in the minority.

If one compares Vegas Regal cashout times to virtual casino cashout times like you have, then yes....they are miles better! Compared to other casinos though, they are not. It is that simple.

Im interested in your comments about the 'big name casinos' being dishonest and tricking you etc......would you care to provide some examples? In my experience, if you follow the terms of bonuses correctly then you will never have a problem....and I know this because Ive been playing for 10 years and never had a problem (apart from the odd payout delay)...and yet there are others who seem to have a problem almost everywhere they play - now I wonder why that is??

Sam, you obviously havent tried 32Red or Slotocash or Fortune Lounge who pay within 24 hours. Im surprised that you consider VR to be great given that your favorite casino is 3Dice who has instant cashouts! Perhaps its the fact that you won some money there that compels you to post great things about them? If you like the Rival games, they why wouldnt you play at SlotoCash? The RTP is the same, the games are the same, the bonus WR is better, and they pay 4 days quicker than Vegas Regal.......surely its not even a choice.

The 'industry' is not 'horrible for cashouts'. Only the casinos that dont give a toss about their players are.

The good operators will pay you quickly and without fuss each and every time....and thats not an opinion, its a fact.
 
Maybe I will see Slotocash again but I have battle the Slot there before and I get email bonus offers from them that never the soldiers I need to fight with me. 100% often 75% these are good men but I better men to fight my war against the Slot. because the slot is not easy enemy to fight and often the Slot wins the battle and this is horrible when the SLot wins.

as you know i like 3dice but for same reason i not play much 3dice i not play much 32red. good casinos. honest casinos. but I need bullets and they are smart and they know how many bullets i need to kill their Slot and i am not angry at them for not giving me the bullets I need hah.

I think best is to not shoot bullets into feet and to save bullets for the war.

I have not played or I should probably say I have not won Slot battles at all casinos. Can you suggest me some that give you lots of bullets for the war and also pay your victories fast? I know some of CM Casino do one or maybe they do the other. Finding casino who does both maybe I win too many battles I dont know but would like to see if I can :)

Sam, I know you are sincere in your defense of VR. I have no problem with that. However, it is not actually helping the case of mine and, other players who have not been paid. First off, the comparison to Virtual is null and void, I wouldn't play at one. They are not accredited, or on a trusted green affiliate sight on this forum.

Next the fact that you have been paid promptly is great, I'm glad. It is how it is suppose to be, yet again I cannot relate because as an American, I can not have Neteller. Plus the fact that you are paid quickly and in large amounts just demonstrates that it can be done, but is not being done in all cases.

Your"my casino is honest" statement is also not going to win me over either, for in my case it is not applicable. I was told that I would be paid on a certain day, I was not. I was not given a valid reason before hand as to why, in fact I still don't know. So yes, I'm sure Nicolas was being honest and had great intentions, but the actions of the casino did not reflect them.

So I am glad you are doing well at VR, and want to defend them. I would like nothing more for this casino to live up to the image that you have portrayed them to be. Right now though, I do not share your praise and enthusiasm.

AH sorry I see what you say and even though I made point of other people also being valid I see your point also now. I would not want to hurt your cashout I apologize and was not thinking of those lines. Sorry :confused:

I have been keeping up with this thread and went to live chat to find out about my withdrawal, they told me 2-5 days. I cashed out on March 19, the chat person said it was reviewed on Monday 22, and it would be 2-5 days from that.

I got a $5 free chip, cashed out the max $25, then it was taking a long time so I asked if I reversed would I have any restrictions with this reversal, the chat person said no. The funny thing is, I never do good with my own money, this is the 3rd time I have had a cashout with a free chip.

I cashed out $350 from $5 :thumbsup:

Just received payment to my QT a few minutes ago.

Once cashout requirements are met as stated in the cashier and you initiate a withdrawal, Rival casinos lift all restrictions including a max cashout that was previously imposed. All excess winnings from the free chip had already been removed by then and you are free to play as if this were a bonus-free deposit. I have had many experiences like these.
 
Just a quick note on my latest cashout at Vegas Regal.

Right after the 24 hour pending period was over I received a request for documents. Less than 24 hours after I sent my documents my money was in my QT. Personally I have never had to wait more than 3 business days for my withdrawals from VR. Hopefully they have everything sorted out now:thumbsup:

Just wanted to let everyone know I am so disgusted with Vegas Regal. I simply went to live help to ask about my two emails I sent management and I was rudely cut off and our session ended. I feel that they are going down hill and have to agree with lots of other people about them. I will not give them anymore of my money what so ever. I will go to another rival where I am treated like a customer instead of a animal. I hope the new affiliate manager if there even is one sees this as someone needs to.

Anyway needless to say... my 1 1/2 year old grandson can do a better job at answering my quetions. It is just a shame that casinos act the way they do. For some strange reason, Comcast has selectively screened some of my emails so I don't receive them. I've verified a couple different ways that I'm not getting every email but I will not be contacting Comcast.

Just want to give other places a chance, there have been so many. One in particular that I like is Sahara Sands. On $50 free welcome chip, I made playthrough, and cashed out $250, reversed and cashed out $1000. Had more, but first time can only take out $1000. They paid me very quick. I am so glad I had Quicktender, because no money in bank to set up ewalletxpress. And no other way to get paid. I am pretty impressed by the casino and very disgusted with myself for not letting one penny get to my bank. Next time. This is taking forever, but some day I will master the art of doingthe right thing. I have so much more to say, but I'm so tired. Thanks for having me back. I have no problem with it, but when they can do it even within 10 hours, why can't they do this again so fast. I don't understand for which reason they make such delays, because i've flushed directly my withdrawal and will certainly never reverse it.

If that doesnt tell you to stay away, then I dont know what will.

It also suggests periodic cashflow issues. This could be down to a small "float", and when the balance turns in favour of the player base as a whole (withdrawals exceeding deposits), they temporarily run short of money, and have to queue pending withdrawals until their coffers refill. When players are doing badly, the float is healthy, and payments go back to 24/48 hours because there is no need to queue pending withdrawals whilst awaiting further funds.

The float may well be Rival as a whole, not just an individual casino. Recently, there was a "bust up" between Vanguard/Slots Power and Rival, and the main reason cited was that Rival performed so poorly that the operators were losing players, and finding it hard to recruit new ones, so they terminated the relationship by closing the casino altogether, whereupon Rival took it over, reopened it again on a new domain, and pretend it is still "business as usual" for players.

SOMETHING seems to be going horribly wrong with Rival, and those who should know are contradicting each other's statements - not a good sign.

Thanks for info,normaly i got my all cashout from another rivals (pantasia,süperior,davinci,paradise8)whitout any döcüments but i m talking about 2 years a go whatever i can send my all döcüments
